Impossible to Cancel Membership

I have tried to cancel my Scentbird account many times. Each time I followed your site instruction which are impossible to complete. Each time I sent an email requesting cancellation confirmation sent to me. I have yet to receive cancel confirmation. Which mean I am SENT and CHARGED for perfume I do not want.
