I have a policy with SBI General Insurance, Policy number is:************** My kid was hospitalized a couple of months ago and As per the policy SBI General Insurance needs to pay for A/C room, hospital bills, Prehospitalized and Post hospitalized. But they did not pay the Room bill in the Hospital.
One of the executives from SBI General Insurance reached out my family members and demanded money to reimburse the rest of the amounts
