Placed an order and 2 boxes arrived fully damaged with bleach spilt everywhere. The bleach ruined my carpet and I had to dispose of the 2 boxes. 2 weeks later, they respond back to me and tell me that there were 4 boxes. Then they told me that there was 5 boxes and then changed this to 8 boxes despite only receiving 2 boxes and only 1 tracking number. I've asked them at least 10 times now for the tracking numbers and the total amount of boxes I was supposed to receive but Savers are choosing to ignore this information. I have proof on emails of their incompetence staff members stating different information and not one of them can provide to me all tracking numbers still. I am in utter shock and disgust that this has happened by such a respectable company. I will now be contacting my bank regarding this information to obtain my refund as savers have failed to even send out a replacement which I would have been happy with.
