I purchased both the satin pants and long robe in hunter green for my husband.
I initially did not want to make the purchase because of the price, but becoming a VIP member and adding a 65% discount lowers the price significantly. This should've been an indication of the quality of the product, but it was so attractive that I ultimately chose to buy it.
The material is attractive, but the fabric is very thin and cheap feeling. It certainly not worth the price of $45.95, let alone the regular price of $69.95. (The matching robe was $89.95, regular price $112.95) I thought the selling point for this line was AFFORDABLE lingerie. If you do not wish to be a VIP member, the price point becomes a MAJOR deterrent. The material is not worth that price. I was only paying $51.95, so I went ahead with the transaction.
My major issue was with the delivery. I understand that COVID has affected many things, however, some things simply aren't forgivable. I received an email saying that my package was delivered. It was not. The website said that sometimes the delivery email will come BEFORE the package (I have NEVER heard of this; isn't that dishonest?). I also checked with my neighbors to make sure that it hadn't arrived at their house. After marching around my neighborhood for two days, the package arrived across the street from my house.
The items are gorgeous but I would be better off shopping at my local Target or Lovers Lane for a significantly cheaper price, better quality items, and hassle free purchasing.
I'm sad to say it, but this line is overhyped and not worth it. I gave it two stars because the items are pretty, and, unlike many other customers, I finally did receive my items. But I will not be a returning customer.

I knew i signed up for a membership. I ordered once in march 2019. Logged in every month over a year to decline. 2 months ago they didn't send a reminder email and i got charged the fee. In that time my card expired and i still got charged. Chatted with customer service who said she couldn't do anything. So i said close my accout, said she couldn't do that either. Had to get BBB involved. Savagex said i wasn't a member! That rep apparently did close my account. After more back and forth with screen shots, i will be issued a paper check. Luckily i had screen shots from my bank statements. It was an ordeal. Savagex made it sound like they bent over backwards to help.
I ordered from this site in July. I was in a slight rush & during the process I caught sight of some sort of VIP club & thought to myself if I have to mess about signing up to something I won't bother. I continued & it just went to payment so I paid & that was that. In September I noticed the sum of £49.95 gone from my bank. It was soon apparent that the same amount was taken in August. I was appalled. After speaking to my bank I proceeded to the site again to order as a new customer & nowhere through the process was it plain & clear that if you got your first order at a low price you were actually signing up & agreeing to a subscription of £49.95 per 6th of every month if nothing was ordered by the 5th. I rang company & they were quite abrupt & basically called me a liar when I said it wasn't clear enough when ordering. Eventually they did refund one payment but said I had to spend the other. When I came to spend it I was appalled yet again as the supposed VIP prices were way higher than 1st order prices plus I had to spend more than £49.95 to be able to spend my money & couldn't use it on sale items. Rihanna should be ashamed of herself if this is how she takes advantage of women, I would assume mainly young women. It is definitely not clear enough that you can pay full price instead of signing up, possibly because most people wouldn't pay the expensive full prices.
Yikes. Buyer beware. I've wanted to order from the site for around two years but just found the site to be exhausting and very spam like. Finally I decide to give it a shot cause I got an email with a 60% off coupon code. I ordered 3 sets and checked out. I didn't notice until I got my confirmation email that I didn't get the right discount. I got a 2 bra for 29 and then 50% off. So I called the customer service and the lady was not eager to help and kept saying there was nothing they could do even though she did they math and said oh yeah should have been 60 dollars. I asked for a refund or a credit and she said they can not do either and no way to help other than cancel my order. I asked for a supervisor, I'm put on hold, and then she comes back and says okay we can give you a refund for the difference but you'll have to call back after the order ships. There nothing we can do until then. Yeah right. Well I called back once I got my tracking number. I spoke to a man and told him what was going on. I also did the math for myself and they actually over charged me $9.00. I told him hey I did the math and I was over charged by 9 dollars not 8.88. He puts me on a forever hold. Finally comes back and says we have refund you $8.00. I said But I was over charged 9.00? I'd like the full amount refund and he said that they are going off the last girls notes who said 8 and that they would refund the. 88 and I said that is ridiculous you over charged me by 9 full dollars and I want the refund for 9 dollars. He said that there was nothing he could do because the system will only allow 8 dollars. I said I'd like to speak to a supervisor and again I'm out on hold and then the same man comes back and says okay we will refund you the 9.00 dollars. Absolutely ridiculous all this over pennies and dollars. If they are hurting that bad it's not my problem. Don't let them scam you too. 149.70 - 60% = 59.88 and 68.88-59.88=9.00
As much as I love and respect Rhianna(I've watched the SXF show and everything), and the the website's broad range of body types, I hated just about every single item I ordered. I have bought better made undies from Target. Way better. These are wish.com quality products. The fabrics are scratchy and don't get me started on the fit. Now forced to deal with a store credit, on top of having to make sure to skip each month so I don't get charged. Ugh. So disappointed. I expected more from you Rhi. Must we sacrifice comfort to be sexy?
The quality isn't the greatest and I've had sizing issues. I'll get the same size for two different bra and in one Im busting out like a dollar store cinnamon roll can and the other will fit like a glove. I forgot to cancel my membership three months in a row but I like how they allow you to still use that money on future orders, however I was annoyed that you have to spend a certain amount to use them, so an order can never be truly free. (I had $149 in credits and when my subtotal was under $100 it only allowed me to use $99 worth of my credits which was annoying af because with tax and shipping I still had to pay $15).
The customer service reps are nice if you're nice, but you gotta be persistent with them when trying to cancel your membership because they kept trying to give me incentives like 20% off my next purchase if I didn't cancel and triple checking that I actually wanted to cancel it. Maybe that's just their protocol so I won't get mad everyone needs to make a living somehow, and I'm sure they deal with many angry people. Just saying the persistence is a bit annoying cuz I wouldn't be on the phone with ya after a 20 minute hold on my Tuesday night if I didn't really want to cancel this subscription.
Anyways, love RiRi and the designs are cute and unique, just wish the quality was more up to par with the prices.
I did not receive any of the items it ordered. The return process was a hassle. See photos of what I ordered vs what I received. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I'm a huge fan of Rihanna and literally have every song of hers in all my playlists…so when I decided to order her product I was excited to see what the queen was going to provide for her fanssss. I was met with much delight as I was told I could have my package delivered to me the very next day before an event I was invited too! Then the problems started as I sat outside watching car after car pass my package never came to my door. When I contacted customer service I was told my package had encountered a issue and had never been ordered in the first place. I was then told I could get a refund or have it come in 5 days. Imagine ordering something with next day delivery and receiving it a whole 5 days after. Fair to say I am angry and will not be giving Rihanna no more business and will move on to Beyoncé for my next bra!
I wear a 34DDD I have order bras and bralettes and they look like C cups. They are literally way smaller than the bras I have now and don't even cover my nipple. The crazy thing is my waist is 28 cm! The only thing SavageX Fenty is good for is their panties.
I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. Ordered at the end of July, no updated order status since 8. 4. 21, customer service said allow more time. My first and last order unfortunately. My order is sitting a few cities away with no movement over a week.
When I subscribed to Savagex, I understood that if I didn't shop then I would be charge $49 for that month which can later be used as a credit. I don't recall that the credit can only be used on certain items because if I were to have shopped that month there is no restriction on which items I can purchase either my VIP. So I feel that's unfair to be charged $49 then I can only used it on certain items as a credit discount. That caused me to end up spending an extra $12 to support the difference plus some addition international tarriff (on top of the regular tax). And after my full purchase there was another small international processing fee attached to my bank account that I am pretty sure come from the Savagex purchase. So I will probably be unsubscribing after I receive my order and am satisfied with the clothings. Thanks.
I have been charged since January 2021 for vip membership every month. I tried to order something and it wouldn't use my membership credits. I called three times only to be hung up on twice and placed on long holds. I want my money back. Terrible service.
I really wanted to love this company, not because of Rihanna but because I love to support black businesses. My first order I went all out ordered a to of stuff. However, I didn't like the products, the bras are flimsy and does not fit me right. But I decided to keep them and wear them when it's short periods of time. Then, 6 months in I had almost $300 withdrawn from my account, I had every intention of canceling, but silly me I got sick with COVID, was in the hospital and had to have major surgery performed 2 weeks ago and is still in recovery. I contacted them to cancel my account, response was very generic, first was offered $10 to keep my account active, I declined and then was told your account is now labeled as guest and you will be paying retail price. I asked about my funds sitting there, I was told it will remain there to use. And the representative was ready to go. I have had other subscriptions similar to this before snd when I decided to cancel was told I could be refunded or keep the funds for future purchases and that choice alone had made me decided to keep the subscription. I can't believe this company has nothing like that in place. You either get a $10 (nothing in the site is for $10 by the way (at least nothing I wanted)... so disappointed with this company and the products offered.
The customer service reps will attempt to put you on hold for at least 15-20 minutes to try and get you to drop issues like long waits for return processing.
Returns often sit in the warehouse unprocessed for weeks. The items almost always go out of stock. This has happened 3 times to me.
The quality of the materials is incredibly low. The majority of products are lined with a mesh that is incredibly irritating to the skin. The bra sizing is also INCREDIBLY irregular, hence the high return rates of their products. The products are often very expensive for being very cheap. They do not last long. This is fast fashion marketed far above its value.
Order on March 19... my items have been sitting in Indiana since March 26. It's now about to be April 1st and still nothing but get this... my tracking says delivered today and still nothing. How the hell are they even still in business? Third parties such as USPS, UPS, FED EX etc don't have issues getting me all the other millions of things I order so why is it savage X Fenty is the only one having issues? I knew this was trash when it requires a subscription to order anything in the first place. I'll either request a refund or chalk up that 34.00 dollars as a loss. I'm sure you can get good quality from the local Walmart. Miss me with this BS.
I ordered from here and it has been over 20 days and I have still not received my order. It went from arriving on a Saturday to Tuesday to just "On It's Way". Called customer care and was hung up on twice because I wanted to cancel my membership due to shipping. I still have not received it but when it comes I will be refusing the package & returning to sender. Ordered it from Victoria Secret, paid more, but got it in 3-days. Thanks Victoria Secret!
First time I've ordered from this site (2020) I was pleased, my shipment arrived on time and the inclusivity of colored women was great! However this seems to be more for larger breasts, I ordered an unlined lace bra that was too big for an A cup.

My most recent purchase was Feb 3rd, 2021 has been delayed multiple times. I spoke over chat with a rep, they said it was delayed but should arrive shortly and there's not much they can do but keep me updated and offer a voucher. I told them no thanks, since I haven't received my original purchase. The rep was pushy/impatient even though I messaged back within the minute.
March comes around, still no package. I called a rep this time. They were more helpful, she said that I could just get replacements sent for all but one product :(. It had already been a month since I ordered so I told her I could wait slightly longer since she insisted I should receive my package March 12th, 2021. After a couple more questions it seemed clear no one knew if the package would ever be seen. After a couple tries, a little frustration, and stating if I was an influencer we'd have this resolved with no problems I finally got all my money back. As I'm writing this, there is still no update. The business has a good foundation and goal but plenty of room for growth and improvement on many factors.
Shipping is slow as molasses, over a month, both times I've purchased. And returns are the same. Also difficult to get through to a human. Too bad because the products are lovely and and I love the company philosophy about reaching all women of all shapes and sizes. Get this issue corrected, and they will be a true contender in this market.
I did have a delayed package, but nothing drastic... 2 day delay. My biggest issue is the sizing... a "XS/S", cannot properly fit a person who wears XS regularly. It is all too large. Are "petite" people not part of "inclusive" anymore? I had the same issue with JustFab and had to cancel. I will try another item in a couple months from SavageXFenty and if it still comes back too large then I will discontinue my VIP Membership because so far things are not looking good.
Answer: SCAM SCAM SCAM! THERE A FEW COMPANIES UNDER THE SAVAGE X FENTY brand. They offer no corporate name, number, address and they will literally hang up when you catch them in a lie. Example: I was told my first order was sent in 2 packages and they are in transit. I said that's a lie because I received my package 3 days ago all in one package. I asked what did they send in the first package and they couldn't tell me which items or even how many items they sent out. They said I was blacklisted and I've only became their new member since 10/25/20. I've only made 2 purchases, didn't receive my items and then you blacklist me? They have over $500 of my money and I have no product. I call "corporate" number and they give you 2 options that will hang up on you either option you choose. It's these small little companies under the brand name like JustFab and Lavender Lingerie and Textile; probably even more companies I'm not sure. But it makes Rihanna's brand look very very bad, untrustworthy and deceitful. Look at their BBB reviews someone rights a review almost everyday about how they got scammed! This is crazy!
Answer: No they have a few companies under the SAVAGE C FENTY name and they steal your money all under the Rihanna name. This company is a scam!
Answer: Don't bother they will give you the same run around during the chat and act aloof and stupid for how ever long YOU want to keep up the charade.
