The Sattva Retreat deeply affects our minds and souls. I still long for that location and those individuals. My daily practise of the yoga I received from the Guru gives me a sense of assurance.

In Sattva Yoga, I found a profound approach to yoga that was premised on deep knowledge and learning as well as practice. The classes were first and foremost safe and accessible and drew on a diverse range of teachings beyond asana practice, including Nada and meditation

I've been to a few yoga retreats throughout my life, and I can honestly say that Satva Yoga Retreat was one of the best experiences I've ever had! The setting, the instructors, the classes, the food, and the people were all so welcoming and supportive. The yoga itself was excellent, and the additional therapies on offer were an added bonus for my recovery. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

All I can say is this place has healing vibes and has such positive energy. I visited the place once on my trip to Rishikesh and decided to do a course from there, then after coming back researched a lot about this academy and later after two years I got a chance to pursue a yoga course from this amazing academy. It was awesome to learn from such great and knowledgeable people. I am so grateful, and would come back if I will ever get a chance.

The courses are well prepared, clear and easy to follow. And so as are the assignments. I loved that I could use my own schedule to do the course. All the videos and instructions were also full of love, support and compassion. Even though I wasn't physically present I felt supported by Anand. Thank you guys!

It was a great learning experience. Yoga Teacher Training is a great course to learn not just the yoga poses and meditation but also gives you a complete knowledge of your physical body, esoteric body, Ayurveda and several other aspects that are vital for a yoga teacher.

I have dealt with clinical depression and though I was medicated for the same, I did not really recover. As long as I use to take medicines it used to feel okay but after that it was all the same. I heard a lot about the benefits of yoga and meditation for the mental health, so I searched for the schools that taught the same. And finally I found this academy in India, Rishikesh. What a beautiful place it was. Firstly I was mesmerized with the beauty of that place, that place had a healing vibe. But once I started the course it actually changed my view towards the life. Now my mental health is way better, and I am going to practice everything that I have learned there throughout my life. I can never thank you guys enough for making my life better.
