I have purchased quite a few items and have been delighted with all purchases, one item had a small manufacturing fault.

Have used a few times since they arrived. They work as described. If you take your time and are careful the hole is perfect. Drill bit and square hole punch are extremely sharp, just what you want in this kind of tool.
Good drill bits that seem to last for a while in metal. They have a small amount of flex, but not too bad. I haven't snapped any of them yet.
They just steal your money. LIES, No answer after they say give us 1 day to respond. What a joke. They should be put in jail for thief. I would like to add a picture but never got the product.
