Placed an order two weeks ago, didn't get a confirmation e-mail, sent an e-mail to their customer support they gave me my order number. However, they would not give me the tracking # for the shipment. Sent 4 e-mails, received another one today advising that my shipment was lost and they were resending, but still refuse to give me a tracking number
This is not the first time I have bought from Sanrico and, as always, the customer service is excellent. The quality of the products are excellent too. Good value for money! I would not hesitate in recommending Sanrico
These bits honestly are the best drill bits I've ever used! These bits are exactly as in the description. Very sharp and produced great work. Very happy with this purchase. Thank you!
I have ordered several items from Sanrico over the past 6 months. I have found their customer communication to be outstanding and the quality of the items to be very good. Highly recommended!
Very disappointed! I bought 7 pieces Ultimate drill bits. $ 39.99 They should easy drill in wood, metal, glass, ceramic…. So showed the video clip how " wonderful" the drill bits are. In reality the first time I drilled 1/8 soft metal, I even not finished the job, when bite went completely a part.(?) I reach customer service writing two times email for return the product but never got any answer from them. They completely ignore customers if you already paid your order. Just be careful! This is scam!
I ordered 2 of their ultimate drill bits, pretty good to drill any material without have to change them.
The price is better than amazon, the delivery time is a little bit long (2 weeks on my case), but the customer service is here to help!

Item received was as stated in add works very well! Ideal on soft and hard wood. I would have preferred it bigger but it is like described.
I've been trying to return something for like 2 months customer service keeps emailing me the same email that I am important to them and a representative will get a hold of me and if you business days. And nothing yet almost too much later and I bought the welding rods also and they stuck do not work they're just stealing people's money
Sanrico's customer service is non-responsive, you can't contact them!
I got a defect delivery but can't return it.
10 emails to their customer support - no reply.
I'm a handyman, and adds about tools and hardware appear in my feed all the time. I decided to click on it and check out new tools I may need. The website was easy to navigate and there was a sale. I love sales! But save your money. I bought what I thought was a set, but only one item came. It was advertised as a set and sold as a set. Even the sale receipt says "set" I wrote to Custermer service about the confusion, and I got an automated replay saying that "I'm an important client and they care about Custermer satisfaction, and they will get back to me as soon as they can"... and nothing. A week later, I wrote back again saying I need to process a return and get off the mailing list, and nothing. This company is 100% a scam. Its so easy to make a website now and days to sell bogus items. I felt duped. I wanted too support other business instead of going to Home Depot or Ace, but save your money and buy your tools on Amazon for the same price. At least they have have a return policy and a process to go through. They have No Custermer service, the stuff I bought looked cheap. The only thing that looked good was their website, don't let that fool you. If I could put negative stars, I would. I still get email from them after I have told them twice I wanted to get off their mailing list.
I in the same boat as others here. I bought the drill bit set and the first time I used one the tip broke. Have emailed multiple times and can't get anyone to respond. The drill bits are junk and I think they know it that's why they don't respond and worse it's looking like a scam. I'll never buy from them again.
This is a scam. The rods are worthless. 100%Sh**! Please don't waist your money. No one could possibly give this company a positive review. Don't let the comercial fool you. Even tired using it whit flux.
Sanrico is a total scam of a company selling cheap garbage made in china. The tools and items they sell wouldn't even qualify as toys. I bought the drill bits they rave about that they show drilling into railway ties like butter. As soon as they arrived I tried drilling a 1/4 inch whole in a 1/8 thick piece of metal (never mind a railway tie) and the tip of the drill bit just popped off like a cheap toy. Like it had been glued on. Absolute junk. Then I called to complain and James from customer service said he understood, and would get back to me to resolve the issue within the next business day. Two months later he hasn't responded to my dozen emails or calls. Now, when Pay Pal got involved, they surfaced again and they want me to mail the items back to a company in France called eKomerco at a cost of more than I paid for the drill bits. They know that's not going to happen so they get to keep my money and I have to keep their garbage drill bits. Save your money and aggravation, don't trust Sanrico or eKomerco. They are Scammers selling junk tools on the internet.
My update... As others have included their automated response emails from SCAMRICO, I won't again... I already included a picture of their product which disintegrated on 1st use.
The asses hide behind what it turns out is a French company, with numerous "cutouts" making it impossible to get to anyone... Again, another Pinterest advertised company, SCAMRICO, they should be considered the worst of the worst, as they delay and delay and then tell you the time has passed for them to do anything... They truly suck as human beings and as a business.
Sold me their 39.00 bits which DISINTEGRATED on 1st use. Not cutting thru rebar, but through sheet steel... An then began ignoring correspondence to refund when I got irate after they lied about follow-ups... TYPICAL SCAMMER behavior... not to mention it showed-up from some guy named LEE in Jamaica, NY... THAT shoulda been a dead giveaway they aren't what they say in terms of satisfaction and quality.
They do not answer emails, their product descriptions are misleading, and it is very hard to return.
SANRICO Review
A number of weeks ago I provided a one-star review of SANRICO, a company that supplies many DIY products, on TrustPilot. The review is based on two issues. First, a lack of guidance (both on the website and that no literature comes with the products) which has led to some of the tools I purchased sitting idle while I try to figure out what attachments/accessories I need to employ them. Secondly, and most important to me, abysmal customer service. This updated review is driven by something altogether different. Misrepresentation.
After weeks of trying to get someone from SANRICO to give me the guidance that I need to put these products to use and having received only automated replies ("Resolving your issues and answering questions is a top priority for me. A member of my support team will follow up with you very soon to resolve your inquiry.") I gave up and posted my original review. Unsurprisingly, I was contacted very soon afterwards by a member of the Customer Support Team.
The "Team" apologized for the delay, told me they were going to speak with their manager about a refund and that it was "very important" that I modify my review to 4 or 5 stars. I told them that I would modify my review if they executed the refund and supplied me with the guidance that I need to use the tools that I purchased. A subsequent email indicated that the refund was approved, and I still needed to update my review…
Still waiting on the guidance, I was recently contacted by TrustPilot. Their e-mail(s) indicated, in short, that SANRICO flagged my review as "they don't believe you've had a genuine experience with them" and I must now supply documentation or have my review removed. One might believe that by genuine experience that SANRICO has admitted to dropping the ball and that this is a rare bad experience. Or, as I believe, they are simply challenging my review in the hopes that I will let the ball drop, as they have.
I told SANRICO, after receiving this e-mail, that if they gave me the guidance that I requested from the start, that I would let the review drop. This was their reply, received at 0059 this morning: "Dear [me]. We do not have any guidance for this product. Best regards, your SANRICO Customer Service Team." Hence, I believe their rebuttal to my original review was an accusation of my being disingenuous. Furthermore, after viewing the all the communications in their entirety, I believe the following…
SANRICO's claim of being a family-owned business with all their products designed in New Jersey may be technically correct but that statement has intent. I believe its' purpose is to play on the "Buy American" sentiment. Verbiage, punctuation, and intent reflected in these communications strongly indicate to me that this business has foreign roots. Furthermore, the times in which I received the communications, such as 0059 for the last, indicate different time-zones. In-and-of itself, I have no issue with foreign products. I do have a strong issue with people trying to sway my decisions with hidden motive, information true or otherwise ("designed vs made", interesting.) It is also important, in my view, to know to what foreign entities I am sending my money. I, also, strongly believe that the "refund" was more a bribe for a new review than any real form of customer service. Personally, doubt that these products were designed by their company as well since, subsequent to this transaction, I have found many available through other, industry leading, manufacturers. Lastly, I see no substantial evidence that this company has any background in the use of these products, given that they can supply me with absolutely no information on the use of the ones that I purchased.
As I said in my original review, if you know how to use it and this is the only place you can get it, buy away. Otherwise, my recommendation is that you, instead, run away.
Okay, "Team". There is my updated review. You wanted me to focus even more of my valuable time on you so I did. Opinions clearly stated and put aside, I can back all of this up with your communications.
I ordered their Powersphere grinder. I instead got a poor quality Chinese made lookalike. I am disputing the charge.
This company is stealing your money with a jerky product. I have emailed them 20 times and no response. They do not have a landline or any phone number. Total scam.
I received a prompt and helpful service on my last purchase. Great customer service and quick delivery, price was lower than others on the market.
I would like to thank Sanrico for the amazing job they did on the order we placed and also for the outstanding customer service. This is my second time ordering and I received the same top-notch customer service and the products were excellent and we received in a timely manner by the deadline we asked for. I want to thank Ashley for her patience with me, she walked me through the process and made it very easy. I would highly recommend Sanrico!
