Great unit at great prices for beginners, then great culture and service. The admin staff was really friendly and when we got a small problem in the contract they couldn't do enough to solve it and make sure we were happy. A brilliant product, a brilliant experience of a brilliant company from top to bottom.

Really great customer service, even during the big heatwave in the middle of an epidemic! The hiring process was straightforward and phone and email communication was great although the company was exceptionally busy during this peak warming. Delivery and collection was fast, efficient and delivery communication on both ends was great
