I love Sample Source it is my favourite sample box! I have been getting their boxes the past 2 years just by signing up and answering question's when their samples go live! I love all the different samples you are able to try based on your interests and likes! I also love that their question's go live 2 times a year in Spring and Fall so you have a couple chances at getting their sample boxes and trying out new products! I definitely would recommend Sample Source to anyone and I definitely will be trying to get their sample box when their questions go live again!

I've been with SampleSource as a member for the past 8 years. They have multiple samples I can try throughout the year - tailored to what my family is interested in. What a great idea - it has helped me find all kinds of new products I never knew existed before!

I've always loved the seasonal sample source boxes, look forward and prepare every time! This year they changed it and went invite only first, so many weren't included.

I have been a member of SampleSource for 5 years I think. Not only do I get surprise samples based on what my family needs are, but they also send a big box of different samples for me to try in the Spring and Fall! You have to be quick to get those as they run out - but they are amazing boxes. So many sites don't actually send anything, but this one does.

After I add a ton of personal information and have my order 'confirmed', my order then is 'cancelled' by sample source because of 'multiple orders' and this has happened multiple times. Not once have I ever tried to order more than once or anyone use my devices for their own order, or have someone elses order come to my home. With an email sent all they do is blame me rather than helping and finding out what can be done to stop this from happening again, and tell me to not order again if I'm unhappy with their service. Something seems real 'phishy' offering free samples, taking a bunch of personal information, then not sending the order that has been 'confirmed'.

*Update*
Since posting my original review I have received an email from SampleSource threatening if I were to log in to unsubscribe my email to withdraw my information, as they instructed me to do so in the previous email, I would be 'trespassing' and they would inform the authorities, they also challenged my right to write my honest review of my personal experience stating I'm being 'dishonest'. I emailed back telling them to remove my information from their website if I cannot do it myself only to find they blocked my email.
