I shipped my hard drive to them 2 weeks ago for data recovery after it fell in a swimming pool. I had lost any hope of recovering anything in it. 2 days ago, I had a new hdd with everything that was in my laptop in it. Excellent data recovery company here. 10/10 recommended.

Couldn't have asked for a much better experience than what SALVAGEDATA provided. The free evaluation provided me with a chance to determine whether or not to recover my data. Lots of it were recoverable so I opted in and got my data back after 3 weeks.

After they performed an initial screening and determined that all my data could be recovered, there was nothing holding me back from giving them a green light to go ahead. Though it took longer than anticipated in the end, they recovered all my data.

This company's service don't come cheap but if you really need serious people to recovery your data then Salvage Data are your folks. They are professional and they actually recovered 2TB of my data, to the last file

Salvage Data is the professional data recovery company that can help you recover lost, deleted, formatted or inaccessible data from computer, external hard drive, memory card, USB pen drive, etc. and iPhone, iPod, iPad when they have been synced with iTunes. Salvage Data really saved me and I would recommend, though they are a bit pricey but still worth my cash.

He assured me that after a free evaluation my data would be recovered and today my hard drive has been shipped to me with my data.

These folks here aren't cheap but if you really are trying to find a company that can guarantee your data recovery then these guys are the real deal. Got my data back after 2 weeks and it was in a new hard drive. Thanks a lot.

If I ever experience another data loss problem then I definitely know who to give a call but hope it never happens again, it's really disappointing. Anyway, Salvage Data reps were easy to get hold of and in 12 working days they had recovered all my data! They also provide a FREE evaluation before starting the recovery process so you can decide if to go ahead or not.

Sent them my hard drive two weeks ago via FedEx and today got a call form Alex letting me know that all my data had been recovered that is the best news I have received this 2021!

I paid $1333. And the first time, I was mailed a blank hard drive. They don't answer calls after you've paid your money unless you threaten them through their parent company: Outsource. I sent back my computer and the empty hard drive and agreed to have another go at it for 1/2 price. Again, they didn't return calls or emails. The next time the hard drive and computer were delivered, it was nearly impossible to find anything they had recovered. After numerous calls (including a message I sent to Oursource) the salesperson, George, called to help me find anything.
I did find files, but they were randomly organized and took hours to get through. I didn't see near what they told me they would recover.

Again, numerous unanswered calls and no refund. Don't use them for anything. I've filed complaints at the BBB of Cleveland and am filing with their municipal court, in small claims. What a racket!

I sent off my hard drive full of precious with some nervousness, and then I came to regret my decision to use Salvage Data. They have a nice looking website, which fooled me. There was no confirmation sent to me that the drive was received. Eventually I figured out how to look up my case on their site. It was unclear what the status was. I waited far longer than the 24 hours they promise. After WEEKS of waiting and checking, I started using the online chat to try to get help. They promised me a response in 24 hours. Nothing. Tried again. Promised a response, waited another week, nothing. This is just to get an answer on whether or not my data was recoverable! No answer on the phone line. Tried chat, and email. Eventually I figured out a work-around to get to talk to a live person in sales. I pleaded for help. Finally got a call back from "Alex" he said it would cost $675 to get my data. At this point, I didn't want anything to do with them and paid $40 to get my drive mailed back. This was SO stressful. There has to be a better way.

I inquired about an issue with a drive, they called and called until I had a discussion, the agent Cameron assured me that there operation was the best capable to handle the issued i described. So i took them up on their offer of free shipment to their facility. Three days later I receive an email stating my drive is not recoverable and if I want it back I an to pay $40.00 for standard return fee. I immediately placed a call and sent an email to Cameron, and three days later I have not heard a word. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION.
