Fraude, do not buy there!
Ordered and paid for 10 x Biosilk Silk Therapy Gel medium hold, like the picture and the text on the webshop says.
In the delivery there was an un known brand called Chi Man gel, which I do not want!
No replies on my mails send yesterday and today.

I felt better when you consider that the entirety is really great due to the fact that I visited this astounding website. With their administrations, i am colossally glad. I'm able to prescribe it to each person.
DONT BUY FROM SALON SAVINGS! Someone at Salon Savings is a crook! - my account also had false charges immediately after ordering! WOW! They need to be investigated! Salon savings debited my account without knowing their inventory and charged me for all the products! Now they want me to do the paperwork to get back the money they mistakenly charged! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!
As a previous reviewer said, after ordering from them fraudulent charges showed up on my bank card. My bank alerted me right away and is sending a new card. Mine happened a few days after the order was placed. Also noticed SS charged my account right away ( it says they charged when item ships) but i got no email confirmation of the order and no shipping notice until I emailed them a week later asking what was going on. Got an email saying it was shipped with a tracking number. Tracked it and it said on it's way to the facility. Two days later it said it shipped, also the day the fraudulent charges showed up. Waiting to see what actually comes from them. And will never ever make this mistake again.

I ordered a product from them and just a day later I received a fraud alert email from my bank saying there were transactions from another state for an uber that I didnt make. Thankfully my bank declined them and my card got canceled. I researched online and there were other complaints about the same thing happening to them so its not a coincidence. I have reported them to the FTC hopefully they can shut them down and charge them for their crimes! Please do your research before attempting to buy from sites like them, ones that have no reviews or commentary allowed on their actual sites..

The product I need is incredibly difficult to find. I am grateful that SalonSavings.com carries it. I placed my order and immediately received an order confirmation email. I also received my order within 2 days! Quick delivery, my products were packaged well and brand new. Great company to deal with. Love the product I ordered too. I am a new customer and my first shipment was damaged, both the merchandise and the package. Not the company's fault. I did report it to them and they replaced the entire order even though part of it was still useable. I am a new and now loyal customer.

Was having trouble with my tracking but called the customer service and everything was figured out! The lady on the phone was nice and helpful. She also said that if I had a good experience to write a review on here. All I have to say is, the service was great and a lot of the reviews on here were a long time ago. Let me start by saying Ive always loved salonsavings.com, theyve sent me my items in good time and always been authentic but this recent order was not what I imagined. I ordered the Macadamia deep repair masqur which was not the same as ive orderws from them before. It was watery and only filled half friekn way, next the matrix biolagre curl setting apray which comes in a white bottle was filthy dirty with dents just looked like it was founs in a dumpster. Lastly the alagio silk serum whoch is apparently a new formula whoch they dont state on website they have false advertisement although it smell fabulous and worka great as a body moistutizer as wrll. What pissed me off the most was that they said Od be recieving free samples with my purchase and a free goft for spwnding over 25. I receieved the free gift whoch was a pen? That was broken no less and doesnt work and NOOOOO SAMPLES, which is what I was lookin forward too. I will never purchase from again and will just buy my products in store from now on.
Do not purchase from this site... fake products! Horrible customer service. They would not return emails or take returns past 30 days.

Even with the shipping charge this website is so much cheaper than other discount stores online that have free shipping! I compare all my orders to other website and still haven't found one that can compare. Love salon savings =)
