Poor customer service and misleading products
October 25, 2025
I recently ordered a Sakerplus Portable Cordless Pressure Washer. What I received was a Lithium car was gun that cannot be hooked up to a garden hose and has no written assembly instructions just pictures that are unclear and confusing. I emailed Customer Service on 13 Oct and got no response. I followed up on 18 Oct and again no response. Would not recommend doing business with this company.
