I do sewing alterations for customers, and I'm so glad I purchased a Sailrite sewing machine. I never know what the next alteration challenge will be; from altering a race car driver's suit to motorcycle jackets. The Sailrite glides through the thickness with beautiful stitches making me look good.
Recently I hemmed several pair of men's denim jeans. Sewing through the two-four fold welt seams on each cuff came out perfect! After a bad experience trying to get the proper threads for my machine locally, I buy ALL important stuff from Sailrite.
Sailrite has the best website and customer service out there no doubt. The best selection of the highest quality materials and tools. My only complaints or if I could come up with a complaint is I would prefer the shipping was a bit faster and deeper discounts to incentivize professionals in the industry like me to shop more with Sailrite. I have 5 suppliers trying to get the best pricing because price is profit in my business
Apparently, they have forgotten about my order. First time I order from Sailrite. I place my order May 8th by 6:00pm, which placed my order for the next day, May9th, as of today May 25 I don't even have a tracking number. Plus they closed from Friday to Monday due to memorial weekend. Keep in mind that they charge me 48.63 for 8 products almost 5 dollars extra per products. I have contracted them twice and the excuse is the Covid-19 situation. This order may take a month to be delivered? I'm very disappointed.
I ordered several items... each hard to find items. Sailrite had them in stock and for a very fair price.

The website was easy to follow and the product came relatively quickly. I was very pleased with the product that I had bought. I had some tears in the fabric of my outside table umbrella which prevented me from using it. I applied the glue where I needed to and within 10 minutes the glue worked perfectly and I was able to use my umbrella again.

I placed an order, then the next day I had to order again, items I forgot. I sent an email, the response was great. Sailrite put all the items in my first order, saves on shipping, and time.
I received my fabric samples right away. The fabric seems to be of very high quality. I also viewed some of the tutorial videos. There's a wealth of information!
Sailrite has some great fabric options. Quick delivery. Product as described. Use for black out curtains or firming up wimpy pillows.
The Sunbrella Sling Fabric was easy to work with on my home machine. I replaced the sling fabric on 4 lounge chairs. All the materials were high quality. Looking forward to opening my pool this year.
Sailrite staff are knowledgeable and experienced. Their extensive video tutorials are invaluable and so easy to follow. They continue to add value by expanding their inventory. I see they have recently developed a portable leather sewing machine. The website explains the properties and use of most items, and if you can't decide what works for your application, they are always at the end of the phone or available by email if you need some advice. Sailrite designed the best COVID-19 face mask patterns (3 sizes plus a customizable pattern,) and fabrics for mask and filter are great, and the YouTube video for mass-producing on the domestic level is super helpful and time-saving for those of us making them for friends and family. Thank you, Sailrite.

Being able to make on-line thread purchases during the Chinese virus time was very nice, and it saved me a trip to town where there might not have been what I wanted.
I havent taken the fagric and roller shade hardward out of the box yet, but I have watched a few instructional videos posted on the websit. After pricing out custom shades and piecing-it-all-together prices elsewhere, I came back to Sailrite. The upfront customer support helped me feel confident in my purchase. I have 8 more windows to make shades for. I'll stretch the project out a little bit at a time so it is affordable.
I love the convenience of the website and fast response rate when I place an order. I have always received my items within 1 week of placing the orders.

I did just locate your order (not forgotten) and we are likely to your date of orders for shipping tomorrow. The issue is that with the Covid situation is seems everyone is sewing from home.
