My original order was lost by fedex. Called Sail rite and they had my order re-shipped same day! My order was received within 2 days after that. Great company values and customer relations.

Great service, could just improve order tracking when an item is backlogged so that to avoid having to send an email to get an answer. Got the answer really fast though.
