I found the boots I purchased on Amazon for less and offering overnight shipping - right after I placed my order. Safety Girl customer service advised (after a lengthy waiting period) after I contacted them by email that they do not price match and would be happy to accept my returned boots if I wished to return them. Although they were not able to confirm the timing of delivery. Purchased on 1/12 with expected delivery 2/5. The boots arrived within one week, however, today I received an email requesting my confirmation of receipt. I will keep the boots I purchased, the boots themselves are built ok. There is a small variance from the image listed, probably not noticeable to another, however noticeable to me. The heel of this boot is not flat as pictured, instead it is a small heel similar to a cowboy style boot. Also, the color is not quite as represented in the image. Overall the boots are a good product, the customer service could use some work.

For the money I paid for these boots I really expected them to fit great. Unfortunately, from day one they hurt my feet terribly and I've been unable to wear them as I'd hoped. Extremely disappointed.

The boots shipped fairly quick and arrived when scheduled.
The boots are nice but I think there's an issue with one being smaller or maybe deformed on the inside of the right boot - it has caused blisters on the top of my foot. I didn't return them because I need them for my job and am just dealing with it but it is mildly unpleasant.I have considered my foot could be a different size but find it unlikely as I don't have this issue with any other footwear I have.

I ordered the pink steelblue work boots. They arrived in good time, they were a beautiful color, perfect fit. Very nice boots. Unfortunately I could not wear them because I have problems with my feet and they just didn't work for me. The customer service was wonderful, I had no issues at all getting in touch with someone who was very helpful in the return and refund of my purchase. I would definitely order from here again.

My boots are some of the most comfortable I've had. The first day was a bit snug but after one shift they were just right.

I typically range between a size 8 - 8.5 depending on the brand. I purchased a size 8 and they fit perfectly.

My only issue if any but minor, was that the box my shoes came in was completely trashed. Not very nice presentation but the shoes were fine.

I have bought many pairs of boots from safety girl. This last time was no different. I purchased the black ones soft toe. I put them on and wore them to work. By the end of the day, the top of the right boot had rubbed a blister on my outside shin. The next day I wore my old boots to try to let the blister heal. The blister got infected. I finally managed to get in touch with safety girl and their customer service informed me that because I wore the boots they won't issue a refund. So in order to find out that they rubbed the blister on my leg I had to wear the boots but I can't return the boots that rub a blister on my leg because I wore the boots. Explain that to me.
