Not only is the quality of my sweater superb, and the design exactly what I pictured, when I submitted my design for order about 10 minutes later I realized I made a spelling error. I submitted an email requesting to fix the error. This was on a Sunday afternoon and I expected no response until Monday, but within the hour I got a notification that my mess up was notated and my change would be submitted. Totally above and beyond what I expected.
Just the best experience.
I will be designing and ordering again!
