I ordered shirts for my girlfriend's surprise birthday party. They were scheduled to arrive on time but due to a problem UPS had (absolutely no fault of Rush Order) they were delayed and would have arrived late. I was pretty disappointed so I called Rush Order to see if there was anything they could do. The person that answered the phone was incredible and said someone would get back to me. They did within just a few minutes. This was on a Friday (the day the shirts were supposed to arrive) and my event was the next night. I have no idea how Rush Order did it but a complete and correct reshipment coming from Philadelphia was at my house in California the next morning. Everyone loved them, well her not so much because I had a giant picture of her face on them, but everyone else did. They made the event. A huge THANK YOU.

Due to a lil mixup I rcd wrong item but ROT's made sure I rcvd my original order AND in time. With nothing but a quick email explaining what happened. They quickly emailed back that a new, correct item would arrive on time. The customer service was awesome, it was only outshined by the beautiful printing and gorgeous color. Will definitely keep ordering from them (this was my 4th order:)

The image should have had Blue sky instead of a turquoise background. The lettering should have been capitalized and Bolder.

I have ordered shirts from Rush Order Tees for my business, my summer camp, and my 4-H club. Designs are easy to make and the quality of the shirts is great. These shirts last for years! Customer service has been super helpful with making large orders or group orders.

We had a design problem with our logo where a white background line was appearing after uploading the image file to our t-shirt and sweatshirt design. We have used Rush Order Tees many time previously and never had that problem, so we didn't know how to resolve it. Josh came on the chat line with us and MADE OUR DAY! Josh was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and FAST at fixing our design problem. He's doing great work and helping people which is always the best outcome for a day's efforts. We will continue to give our business to Rush Order Tees because of the Great People (like Josh!), Great Processes, and Great Products they provide to our company.

Got the order super early, but on the 3XL shirt you guys did not upscale the prints, they literally used the same size print from the large shirt and applied it on the 3XL and it looks terrible.

Thank you so much for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your order. In custom printing we use the same size design across all garment sizes. We do not resize the art to proportionally fit on each size, this would come at an additional fee so we max out the print area as large as possible to fit on the smallest garment.
I want to thank Justyne for working with me to help get my order squared away. She listened to my concerns and was able to resolve my issues in a timely and efficient manner. I am looking forward to receiving the shirts on Monday and wearing them for our Bar Crawl on Tuesday,
