We changed from a different vendor to Rush Order Tees because of the lower price. We were very satisfied with the product and how our design came out. We had to add a small reorder due to adding several employees, and they worked with us to keep the price per item down with the low quantity.

At the last second I was asked to place an order for an expedited shipping. I maneuvered pretty quickly through things until checkout when I realized the order was not set up for tax exempt. Joshua helped me with that and then just as I was about to process the order I accidently turned off my computer. I then had to start a new chat (my own fault) and Joshua appeared out of nowhere to come to the rescue! I am so grateful for the ease that Joshua made of this.

Answer: They are very legit. You should go to them first. And second if the first time doesn't work.

Answer: Super easy! I had concerns about my design and wanted to see if they could reprint it in a larger font. I just reached out to the chatting service on their website, then received an email explaining my options within five minutes.
