I needed senior night tshirts for our softball game, and the girls waited until a few days before the game to decide to tell me to order some. Well, I thought, no way this is going to happen. But, to my surprise and excitement, Tyler made it happen! The shirts came out exactly as expected, and I picked them up in time for the game! Designing the shirts was easy on their website, but when it came to getting the proofs, they were missing information. I called and talked to a representative and he assured me that the year would be printed on the shirts even though it did not show up on the proof. Therefore, I went ahead and ordered the shirts. What really upset me is that the company used the same size image on a size small as they did on a size XXL so it looks correct on the size small but looks ridiculous on the size XXL.

I had the pleasure of working with Luke as my graphic designer service support person. He helped me work through my design simultaneously while editing and working through my shirt design while supporting all my questions. His attention to detail while answering my question was and is unmatched. I don't do reviews often but when I do there's a reason and this reason was for his outstanding work, help, and support!
