The online status checker isn't very specific in showing where exactly in the process the step is. For instance, it is mid afternoon on 5/31 and order supposed to arrive 6/2 but the status says in production. However, reaching out via chat was helpful. They assured me my order would arrive as scheduled. They explained the production status is the quickest step and is usually actually done the day before shipping.

An otherwise nice shirt was ruined and is now trash in my opinion due to the improper placement of the American flag. Because the flag was placed on the BACK of the shirt sleeve instead of the side of the sleeve, the flag is now backward. As an Army veteran, I cannot wear the shirts with the flag backward. I suggest that if you are going to offer to print American flags on shirts for people that you take the time to understand the proper way of doing so.

I had previously ordered shirts from different companies through Rush Order Tees and they had different names for their colors. Going back to re-order and I wanted to make sure I got the same colors as before. I sent an inquiry and received assistance and the response I needed in under ten minutes so that I could make my decision!

The T-shirt arrived quickly, that's the best I can say about this product. The T-shirt is thin, and too small. The color is lack luster as well. When I complained about the size, they acknowledged the product ran small but only offered a 50% discount. There was plenty of time to remake the order but they did not offer to make things right and give me what I paid for. Very, very, very disappointed.

Had a GREAT experience with Rush Order Tees, especially working with Tyler! Answer: They are very legit. You should go to them first. And second if the first time doesn't work.
