Rush Order Tees made sure that the t-shirts ordered arrive quickly, and the quality of the print turned out better than I expected. The price for the shirts were more affordable ( for single items) than some of the other websites I visited. The one thing I DID struggle with was choosing which shirt brand I wanted. There are so many selections online, that it can become overwhelming figuring out what might be the best product to choose from. Despite that, the overall experience was good and because of this, I will use Rush Order Tees for my next project.

I ordered 16 shirts for our family and friends to wear to a very important horse race coming up to support the recent Rainbow Derby Winner, Dashing Tres. It was a print of the recent race win and the official derby logo on the front. The proofs were sent for approval almost immediately, and the changes were applied by that afternoon then approved for printing. I opted for the rush order turn around time and we had the shirts in just a couple of days. Great quality material shirts, the prints were PERFECT. Also their customer service is incredible, every order they've always responded so quickly. Very impressed, as usual, they never disappoint. Thank you!

This is my second experience with using the customer Services of your company, Ms. Deyanna Montoya was pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and patient in assisting me with my purchase. I made an error in my original order, called back and found Ms. Montoya to be very helpful and patient in assisting me with making sure that my purchase was exactly what I had wanted she took the time and when I apologized for keeping her on the phone for so long, she was grateful which made me feel very comfortable with the knowledge that my order would be correct. I will be using your company again and will recommend anyone who is in need of your services.

Shirt with printed logo looked fine. Washed before wearing and the edges of the logo was frayed. I will be able to wear it for the event scheduled but it doesn't appear that it would last many more washes. Wanted to let them know, did not expect a new shirt. After the event, I will wash one more time, check the fraying and return one or the other shirt. I only paid for one shirt.

Custom Tank ordered
July 22, 2024

I ordered a custom tank top with my businesses logo printed on the front and back. The quality of the Shirt is nice and the ordering process was smooth and easy. When the shirt arrived everything looked good, and i was about ready to order a few more. I'm glad i didn't because after only a couple washes the logo on the back of the shirt started lifting off and part of it is already gone. I'm sure after a few more washes the whole logo will come off the shirt.

Recovered the fumble

I Initially received the shirt with what looked like an ink stain, It was noticeable and I let Rush know. They immediately apologized and sent me a replacement shirt with upgraded processing print. The new shirt is perfect and Rush didn't put me through any hassles. Happy customer.

Fantastic Customer Service!

I had ordered a t-shirt with digital images on the front and back. I understood by the advertisement that the t-shirt would be a 'Port and Company' brand. I accidently signed up for a different brand that I didn't realize was different because of the order number. When I received the t-shirt, it didn't fit properly because it was not a 'Port and Company' one. Customer service was most excellent! They responded to my disappointment quickly (the same afternoon) and is replacing the original t-shirt with a 'Port and Company' one... that fits properly.
Thanks RushOrderTees! I will be coming back for additional purchases.

I ordered a single item as a retirement gift for my boss. I was so pleased to be able to get a high-quality quarter zip pull over and the wide variety of ready-made designs let me creat design it in about five minutes. The best part was the customer service, I ordered my item later than I should have, and the customer service rep helped me get it shipped quickly. It was great to be able to talk to a real person even on a Sunday after dinner. My order shipped on the day they promised, and it fit my boss like it was made for her. I would not hesitate to recommend RushOrderTees

I'm going to be honest, my feeling about custom t-shirts are that unless you're really scraping the bottom of the barrel the quality that you're going to get is about the same across the board. So what matters to me at that point? A few things:

1. How the online system works for creating a custom tee
2. If it is time sensitive they can turn it around quickly
3. What customer service is like

On the first one with RushOrderTees I found their system to work great. It was easy to select the shirt I wanted, upload images and get them placed on the shirt. The rest of the experience for ordering was good as well. It was clear and easy to select options for shipping and payment and I was clearly notified through the process via email of what was happening.

For time sensitive fulfillment RushOrderTees is great. They let you choose how quickly you want to get it as part of the ordering process all the way down to free if you're not in a hurry but they can turn things around really quickly if you're willing to pay for it!

The third item: customer service. The challenge with this is you can't really know how this is going to be until something goes wrong. I never reach out to customer service unless there is a problem. In this case it was a mistake made by RushOrderTees on my order. I don't want to be negative here and critical. It's going to happen, we're all human and prone to make mistakes even under the highest quality controls. What matters though is what the company does after the problem happens. I reached out to them via phone to talk about the issue. I got through quickly to a live person, after just pressing a couple of options which is really great. Then the person I spoke with didn't try to make me think that it was a problem on my end or that they didn't make a mistake. She admitted it was a problem, apologized and explained that she would be handing the matter over to the customer support team to work with me. I received an email within an hour of the phone call and after a few emails back and forth discussing what would be appropriate to resolve the issue we came to an agreement on what would be done. I love a company that is willing to work with you and their customer service is empowered to help resolve issues rather than getting a bunch of "sorry but that's against company policy" kinds of answers. I will definitely come back to RushOrderTees again and anyone wondering about their customer service if there are questions or problems, know that my experience has been that they are a great team to work with!
