The name Rush Order stands up, both for the good and the bad. From concept and purchase to delivery, it took only 8 days. That's fast no matter if you're a big company or a small local shop. The Bella hoodie is always soft and comfy, so it's a plus that they carry this brand. However, the Plastisol process isn't my favorite. It is found in the fine print, but I didn't see it as a clearly written disclaimer when ordering the hoodies. Because I would've surley looked elsewhere. I hate Plastisol. It looks and feels so cheap. It's loud when touched. It also is quick to crack after being washed and dried. With their quick turnaround and DTG tech, I'm sure it makes the most sense and is the most financially viable, but I would've rather waited another week and gotten a quality print like CustomInk. Not trying to throw a ton of shade on this company, it is a high quality image, and was delivered fast, and if you don't mind that style, it's a relatively good price point as well. It was about $120 for two custom hoodies on Bella+Canvas. Worth the money and time if you need a quick project done, but I won't return, simply based on the tech and materials.
I was looking to get a vest with a logo - we are a very small organization (sole staff person) so I really only needed 1 to start with so Rush Order Tees had the vest I was looking for and the option to purchase one. Originally I thought an embroidered logo would be better, I decided to start with the less expensive option - and it came out wonderfully. I am excited about repping my organization with this vest and I anticipate looking to get similar items for our board. I tried to stay local but had not heard back from local businesses so I ordered and have already received this vest - and still waiting to hear from local companies. Thanks for the prompt and affordable service, and a great final product. I will be using this company again.

I was excited to get my order placed and didn't realize an insistent color in my design until after I'd already ordered. I stressed out all night, seeing as this order has a bit of a deadline. Finally, I just figured it was best to just cancel, but Owen came through for me. After reaching out via chat, he was able to update the design with the better graphic, confirm, and send it on over to the Art Team to get it updated. No cancelation needed. Thank you so much, Owen! You're a lifesaver! I can't wait to see the shirts now!

I used Rush Order Tees for customized sweatshirts for my son's bar mitzvah a couple of years ago.
