It's very easy to get in contact with many different departments of the team. They were very responsive and accommodating for my questions, concerns, and ideas. On top of that production was very fast and I'm excited for my company hat!
I was having trouble ordering for three locations. Justyne stepped in and helped me out and was able to get an order set up with all three locations with correct sizes and contacts for each location. We were a little unorganized and she was patient and helpful with each question we had. Great job Justyne! Thanks for your assistance. Can't wait to get our shirts!

I was so happy with the service & the softness of the T-shirt's and the printing looked amazing Unfortunately after washing one of the shirts hem came away ( all the others were fine) They with I the same day had a replacement order on the way!

Mixup on the delivery address on my order (my mistake) was not identified until I left a 1 star review. I have to give the response a 5 star rating. Support called me within minutes of me leaving a bad review.

Customization was very simple, and the production and shipping were faster than I expected. When I received the items, I saw why. The designs look and feel like they're iron on; very stiff, plastic-like, and honestly hideous. Great waste of $100+

My total was different in my invoice from what the actual total was and we are a Church and tax exempt, and the invoice showed no taxes. I chatted with Geraldine (I think that was her name) and she looked at it and fixed it to the original amount and in a quick fashion. I appreciate everyone's help in my order! You are all very kind and do helpful. I will recommend that our Church uses your services again! Thank you!

Answer: They are very legit. You should go to them first. And second if the first time doesn't work.
