Service was great. Everything was explained clearly and concisely. The passport photos I sent were of poor quality and your team explained what I needed to do to correct the problem. This was followed and we had no additional issues. I even needed to change the shipping address for my order and it arrived at the new address as promised. I was pleased with the overall experience and how fast the turnaround time was. The only reason I won't use the service again is because I found out later that I could have taken a 3 hour drive to Seattle and possibly received my passport right there without the additional fees. Other than that the service was professional, efficient and the customer service was great.
