I ordered my rug almost a month ago. My rug was supposed to be delivered at the end of the week and never was. I have called every week since and was told each time to wait 3-5 days for a tracking code to be sent and still have not received one. No one will tell me if and when my rug will be sent out. And I can not get a hold of anyone with actual information. Very sketchy and upsetting

Rug came in a timely manner. Rug search process was pretty easy based on the filters. It's pretty and I like it.

My rug has been sitting at "warehouse" since June 16th, 2022. When I asked today to cancel the order as it has been over a month of waiting they said they cannot cancel as it is due to ship out this week in 3-5 business days. This is the same thing they told me last week. I just want my money back the go around about this is ridiculous.

Simple, quick ordering process. The original delivery date was not met but I did not receive any notification about the delay until the date had passed. I was given a second delivery date which was met.

I received a runner and a large floor rug. I specifically ordered the same pattern for both rugs. I'm really disappointed because the runner has a beige hue to it that my large rectangular floor rug does not have. I only wanted a white and grey rug. What can I do? How can you help me?

I had been rug shopping for quite some time and could never find one that I just loved. I was close to purchasing one from Pottery Barn, but wasn't sure I loved it enough to justify spending the money on it. I just happened to come across Rugs USA and found one I loved even more for a fraction of the cost! The rug shipped out super fast! My only complaint is it arrived FedEx and they are not the best at delivering packages on time. Other than that, it was a great experience!

Easy returns is a misleading statement. When you are dealing with rugs and materials you should be able to have at least samples or actual easy returns! Its crazy to think that I have to pay 1/4 of the price paid for a shipping label. Reason for return is that this shag looks cheap and I am not happy with the product. Very unfortunate to have online stores with this sort of surprise policy! Not buying anything here again and will probably try sell this rug rather than throwing away my money on shipping.
