Useless service and no response you queries! Waste of time and money! Channels not having sound, bad lagging stream, not even correct channels to description. Terrible service!
I signed up for a yearly bundle. It clearly says that they offer a 24 hour money back guarantee with no questions asked if you're not satisfied.
I wasn't satisfied the semi-final rugby world cup was buffering the whole time. I emailed them within in 24 hours to cancel.
They first responded telling me that it will automatically stop at end of year. I mentioned that I want a full refund as I am cancelling within 24 hours. I havent heard back after numerous emails.
