Firstly, the price was very competitive. Some US sellers of rubber feet are plain greedy, asking way too much for product. At the 5,000 piece level which I purchased, the price for the product at rubberfeetwarehouse was close enough to the price direct from Chinese manufacturers to make it a no-brainer to purchase here.
After placing the order I got a call from the owner of the business just letting me know that the spec for his current supply was slightly different than that listed on the website (slightly smaller center hole), and he asked if it was acceptable for our application. The attention to detail and commitment to customer service is commendable and much appreciated.

I ordered what I thought could be used for license plate stand0offs but upon receipt found they would not do. Happily, when the support folks were asked, they were willing to take them back, which is much better than simply throwing them in the trash.

I have an old Hunter ceiling fan in my bedroom. The rubber grommets that hold the fan blades to the brackets were dry, crumbling and worn out.
