I know some of you are reading these reviews and wondering damn is this legit or not, it definitely is. It took a bit longer than i thought it would but it was 100% legit. The chat closed due to how long it was taking and that scared me, but the service team assured me each time it is still coming. Once i got my account they even waited for me to be fully logged in and account set up the way i want. The best site hands down. Thanks again, everyone.

I bought 200M osrs gold, they made horrible crap excuses as to why im not allowed to get the gold, then everyday for a week straight have said they will issue refund, then its new the next day and wont issue refund. I post a bad review on their site until they fix the issue and they delete the bad review then randomly disconnect chats and tell me to wait for an email.

If you don't provide them with your personal identity eg. Credit Cards, Driver License or Cell Phone to call you, they won't go ahead with the order. If you've already paid them and don't want to give them your personal information and wish to get a refund, they will lie and never refund you. Completely fraudulent and disgraceful.

I've been ordering with this website for 6 years. Since the new update on the website. The new owner or customer service representatives have no common sense of customer service. They are rude and not easy to communicate with. They leave you to wait and deal with the scam they just pulled. I bought 300m for $144 via paypal and they say I need to provide ID. I don't like sending my personal information online nor does it have to necessary for any service or product. This website/company should be ashamed for losing a valued customer. I asked for my refund for a month and they still haven't refund me for the product that was promised to be delivered. Don't fall for this scam of a site

Stay away from! Complete Scammers, I bought many things over the years, and it was great don't get me wrong and now they changed the way they do the trading and tricked and scammed me completely.
HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED

- I purchased the gold, the customer service told me to go to this chosen World that no one will speak to me and the agent will trade me directly without speaking.

-Before every transaction they remind you not to believe anyone that SPEAKS to you because they are scammers. Which I'm aware off.

-Then after arriving in the World, coincidentally a low level speaks to me at the desired location which I believe was the agent himself and said to me "add me sir" in public chat.

-I added him and he immediately starts speaking about everything related to the gold purchased that I made and telling me to follow his steps to avoid any bans due to high amount of bans over the pass months.

-Obviously it seem legit but I was suspicious why the agent was speaking to me in-game when I was already speaking to the Customer service he told me anyone that speaks to me are scammers.

BUT THEN the agent in game coincidentally traded me the exact amount that I purchased and then... (Here's how everything started) He told me to trade it back to another account. Which he will trade back to me with junk Items.

He then told me to get all my valuables and trade it to him so he can calculate all my valuables and send the money back so Jagex won't be able to track.

-Overall it was confusing process then it normally would be I stupidly traded all my valuables (which was over 150mil) and I told the customer service about what happened and he quoted me "Please IGNORE those who message or call you in game, they are all scammers."
And they all logged out.

Scammed hard and big lesson for me and unbelievable after putting so much trust in there service.

They were all working together, there agent was a scammer who works with the seller. They say not to speak to anyone, instead they provoke you to speak to them and then they INSTRUCT you how to trade it and they scam you in the end for trusting them.

Good work Team you lost a valuable buyer.

As you can see from above, they sell you an account then when you spend a lot on it and level it up with hours of work, it all of a sudden disappears and is changed into a different email.

Probably then sold on for profit with the gold left on the account and the value ofit being a higher level account.

I know this because I NEVER shared my password with anyone and also the only people to ever have logged onto this account prior is the company or whoever they bought it from. Otherwise I would not be getting the silent treatment from your poor customer care who may I add keep telling me you delete emails? The emails are the only way we are able to recover accounts!

Guys if you see this message I recommend you email me *******@gmail.com and track my accounts orders on your website as I'm also registered with that email on there. Otherwise ill be all over your social media and also diverting customers.

Earlier this week I had a quantity of gold in my cart to buy. Today I decided i would purchase it. To my surprise the price had risen, just by a few dollars but i reached out to the 24/7 support team to see if they would honor the earlier price as that is what i budgeted spending.

These were the responses I received "we dont have right to change the price" "the price is matched to the market".

I asked to speak to a supervisor to see if they would be able to help and the chat was rudely ended. This is such poor service and I will be taking my money elsewhere. They only seem to care that they have your money before they treat you with respect.

I know this is a long time ago but I decided to drop it because these people are not professional. They have agreed to refund me but it took about 2 weeks to convince them to even accept what they did. After I got them to agree for a refund, they "updated" my order to "refunded". Low and behold, it has been almost a year and there has been no refund. I decided to drop it because they take forever to do what they say they would do and end up never doing it.

Thought that the ten minute deal was to good to be true and being 3 DAYS later i know it was. Contacted live chat every day just to be told "sorry sir we contact paypal support and they said there's issue with the transaction in Jun 12th and 13th, and they need time to solve these issue. Once we received their inform we'll email you and deliver gold to you with some compensation, is that okay?" Odd since PAYPAL sent me a receipt and RSorder sent me the order confirmation as well as the full sum of money being takin out of my account but ok. So I decided to call PAYPAL myself. As expected, they said payment had been processed immediately and then asked if i would like to make a dispute claim since money had already been taken out of my banking account. Of course i did and here we are... still nothing. Word of advice use another service
