I returned a 40 kg parcel to SHEIN on 15th November 2025, and I contacted Royal Mail multiple times requesting proof of delivery, such as a signature or a delivery photo, to resolve my refund.

Despite numerous calls (some lasting 40 minutes or more), I have still not received any proof. Each time I call, I am given conflicting instructions:
Royal Mail tells me I need to submit a claim. I did, but then they say I need to contact ParcelForce.
ParcelForce tells me to contact Royal Mail.

This back-and-forth is extremely confusing and unprofessional. I need proof that the parcel was delivered so I can get my refund from SHEIN, but Royal Mail has failed to provide it, despite my repeated efforts and proof of return.

It has been over a month since the parcel was delivered, and the handling of this situation is completely unacceptable. I expect Royal Mail to provide clear proof of delivery immediately and improve their customer support
