Such a horrible company to work for, so many of the staff will stab other's in the back just to become popular with senior management.
There is a huge blame culture within the Hospital even though management will try to deny it ( other Indeed and Glassdoor reviews prove that what has been said is true) When Foscote took over the Hospital most of the staff soon realised they could'nt speak up if there is a problem that management should be made aware of for fear of being sacked for speaking the truth,.
Management claiming that they encourage feedback from staff is nothing but lies and is completely false. All of the staff know that feedback is seen by management as telling the company that they have failed in one way or another, and the RBH managers hate it. This has been proved over and over again, hence all of the good staff now keep everything to themselves, it has been like that for a good few years, so nothing important ever gets solved. The Managment would rather brush problems under the carpet, ignore it and target the person that highlighted the problems, and as a result of this the staff turnover has increased (20 left within 12 months) all of the staff know that is true.
You only need to look at how RBH has responded to other bad reviews on Indeed to realise that they prefer to lie than admit that they need to deal with the problems.
If you are really desperate for a job, Go and work for the Royal Buckinghamshire Hospital, But be aware that you will very quickly regret it.
Sadly nothing they say can hide the truth as it is the opinion of so many of the staff who work here, Advice to Management, it's better to acknowledge the problems than lie, and for a change be honest in the way you have failed some of your dedicated staff, and how badly you have treated them. Keep lying and you will soon find that you struggle to employ experienced Nursing staff.
