Bought their insurance to protect my tv i had to show them proof of purchase to validate my cover so I sent them my receipt which clearly showed everything including the date of purchase everything was find and I paid them for about a year.
Then I put in a claim for a fault on the tv and was told my policy was not valid as my tv was just over 12 months old even though they new the age of my tv and still took my money for a year.
I'm in the middle of fighting for my money back with the help of the financial ombudsman.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY THEN REFUSE YOUR CLAIM!
