Hi I have ordered from Rotita 3 times, I was surprised when the pants arrived I thought the pants were cotton, I just assumed, but they are made of stretchy polyester, its soft nice, and I love the material, Rotita's clothes are very cheap not nasty and very affordable.
I first saw Rotita on my news feed on facebook liked the look of some of there t-shirts so thought id have a look. My first order I ordered the captain America t-shirt on the flat rate shipping just to check it out. And so far I have not been disappointed.
I was very skeptical at first because things were really inexpensive, I thought they'd be made poorly. I purchased 4 dresses from the site, and expedited shipping for $10 because I needed one of the dresses within the next 2 weeks. Everything came on time, and was surprisingly good quality, and very cute. The sizes and fit are exactly as pictured.
I ordered and got an email confirmation that my order would be shipped out in 3 business days after I paid for express shipping it took 15 days just for them to ship it out so it was about 20 days before I received then the merchandise was not what I expected the material was cheap and thin. Two of the items I had ordered we're supposed to be sweater dresses and they were as then as t-shirts, I can't even where them in the cold weather. Just terrible all the way around I will not be ordering again or recommending
I ordered a V Neck Slit Sleeve Black Loose Jumpsuit early August and paid for Expedite Shipping so that I could wear it to my High School Reunion. When I inquired with Rotita's Customer Service, they simply said that it wouldn't arrive in time. When I asked why and that I paid Expedite Shipping. They insinuated that I chose the wrong option. How could that happen when I had a receipt indicating that I paid for it? I had to go through Pay Pal to receive a refund on the Expedite Shipping. I didn't receive the order until after a month. It was the cheapest outfit ever. The sizing was off and wasn't worth the aggravation I'm going through. I requested a refund and had to pay another $16 to ship back to China. They refuse to acknowledge receipt of the package. Nevertheless, I have still yet to receive a refund and it's nearing the end of October. Customer Service is lacking and they do not accept responsibility or ownership for their mistakes, they place blame on the customer. Never Again Rotita!

I hate this site. I ordered something on 9/25 for an even that i have on 10/16 plus i paid for express shipping so i was promised i would get my product in 2-3 days... Finally got the item yesterday & it looks like a cheap costume that my daughter made. It's nothing fancy about it & i can't dare wear it to a nice event. I will never ever order from this site again in my life. I would even accept a free sample from them.

I have already left a review below about the site and there poor quality and service and there response was to use there ticketing service. For anyone else who reads this or gets this response, do not waste your time! I have been using this for over a week and still haven't got anywhere there whole site is a scam they are rude useless and just trying to get money and when there caught out they refuse to give you a refund!
