I recently purchased a jacket which looked like a heavy winter jacket with a hood. It arrived a couple of weeks later but the jacket was very poorly made. Not only is it very thin, it's very baggy around the waist, the arms are too short and the belt is too high and ties around my ribs instead of my waist. This jacket is very poorly made to the extent that it is actually unwearable. Unfortunately I am currently arguing with the company to get my money back. They did offer me to keep the item with a 20% discount refunded which would be fine if it just looked unflattering but given the measurements of the jacket I am unable to wear it at all and really just want my money back which is becoming increasingly difficult. Totally unimpressed with this company and they are not at all professional! I am so disappointed that they would sell faulty products and not refund the money for this!

Hi! I bought some clothes and they are nice and comfortable. I really like my new jacket, it´s my favorite. The shipping is fast, the service is good, and I didn't have any problem whit my shop. I will shop again, that´s a promise. I recomend it :).

The cardigan is a different material than what is pictured. I am still happy with what I received. I ordered a sized XL and it allowed me to have extra baggage... I can dress this Item up or down. The material is not as thin as I expected.

This cardigan is really nice and really soft. It's warm, too. I was right between a medium and a large for the sizing and I went with the large just to be safe. The sleeves are long on me (they go past my wrists and to my knuckles), which I actually like. It is a bit big on me everywhere else though, so I probably should have gone for the medium.

I ordered a very nice warm winter jacket. Once it was ordered i realised it was the wrong size so i called up rotita and arranged for size to be changed. They explained it was fine because i had only just ordered it. I then received my order within a week and i was very happy with that and surprised as it came from china. My order came and was the incorrect size, i asked for exchange and they explained it would cost me and offered me 10% compensation, I first of all did not accept-how is that any help to me!? Then they offered me 20% i accepted. Since then i have had one more email offering me 30% compensation and the item i ordered to be sent in the correct size with me agreeing to return the wrong one. They then ignore every message to arrange for this payment. I am disgusted i even trusted your site. I will NEVER order again and not recommend to anyone even though the product was decent itself.

I'm curvy and wear around a size 8 due to hips/butt and this fits like a glove. Looks very sophisticated on and is well-lined and thick enough so the fabric is not see through. I'm a fan!
