Do NOT buy from this website! I have always done shopping online and I have NEVER experienced such terrible service from a company in my entire life. They took my money and never sent my product. I waited over a month! The only way that I could contact them was through the website and it took DAYS for them to respond. I have yet to get my products nor have I gotten my money back. I ordered a dress. They lied and said it has shipped and I had a tracking number but I did not. Then someone else messaged me the next day and said it has not shipped and do I want them to ship it in a day. I said I do not. I want my money back. They messaged me back asking can they credit me the money into the Rotita account and I said no. They wont reply anymore and wont give me my money baxk. A complete Rip off!

I ordered a jumpsuit from them in December 2015 for an event in January 2016, it is currently March and still I didn't receive my package! I paid for a blouse and received torn jeans that Aren't my size. I enlisted PayPal to help get my refund. They told me that I would have to return merchandise with tracking #. That would have cost me twice what I paid for the item. So that was of no help... I will not be getting a refund!

Not only did it take a whole month to receive my order... when it did come... it reeked... DID NOT look like as it did online... too big... Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
