Do NOT buy from this website! I have always done shopping online and I have NEVER experienced such terrible service from a company in my entire life. They took my money and never sent my product. I waited over a month! The only way that I could contact them was through the website and it took DAYS for them to respond. I have yet to get my products nor have I gotten my money back. I ordered a dress. They lied and said it has shipped and I had a tracking number but I did not. Then someone else messaged me the next day and said it has not shipped and do I want them to ship it in a day. I said I do not. I want my money back. They messaged me back asking can they credit me the money into the Rotita account and I said no. They wont reply anymore and wont give me my money baxk. A complete Rip off!

I paid for a blouse and received torn jeans that Aren't my size. I enlisted PayPal to help get my refund. They told me that I would have to return merchandise with tracking #. That would have cost me twice what I paid for the item. So that was of no help... I will not be getting a refund!

Not only did it take a whole month to receive my order... when it did come... it reeked... DID NOT look like as it did online... too big...
