I am absolutely livid now, that I was provided with their returns address in China, and paid to return all the faulty items I purchased from Rotitia. Royal Mail has confirmed with me that they have received all of this, and yet they are now ignoring me, and have not refunded me any of the money I am due. I am disgusted, and I will be taking this matter further and damaging any reputation they have left on a wide use of social media. WARNING LADIES! PLEASE DO NOT BUY!
All items were made using thin, cheap and different colour materials. Looked nothing like the website. This company obviously produces an item and then sends the picture, format and design to China where they produce cheaply.
After complaining, I was only offered 60% refund maximum and I also had the pay to ship items back to China. After fighting my case for months', they agreed to 100% refund, which as I stated above, never happened.
Absolutely disgusted at this site. Please do not buy ladies!
Items are not sized correctly. Then when you try to get your money back you get the run around. I had to settle for not sending the items back and a 20 % refund because they refused to give me my full refund back if I did send the items back. They were only going to give me a 60% refund and I would have had to pay to ship it back! Ridiculous!
So I purchased 4 items from Rotita costing approximately $120. The items came pretty fast but unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can say. The items were not true to size and materials consisted of poor quality. Items also consisted of poor sewing quality. When I contacted the Rotita about my desires to return or exchange the items. I was informed that I will have to pay 30 plus dollars for shipping and handling. In other words, in order for me to get an exchange or refund I will have to pay more money. I refuse to pay $150 for items I am not happy with. This is ridiculous; never again.

To return it, you only have 3 days from when you received it, and you have to send it to China... Your doomed right there! Don't order anything!
