I ordered earrings and a ring. Bother we're just as pretty as the online pics.

Fine, except for pop-up messages which are a trifle difficult to get rid of. I know what I want and how much I can spend; I don't need an invitation to buy more.

Bracelet looked beautiful in catalog, but the diamonds are hardly visible in person.

It's too small. My Mom should've ordered a 9. She bought it for me. I saw hers and wanted one but it's too tight.

Received item on time. Ordered Gold Ball Earrings that I thought would be large. I received a return number and sent them back. Girl on the phone was very helpful but they didn't have larger ones that I need.

Shopping on the site was very good experience and site navigation was user friendly, the shipping was prompt and the item arrived quickly, the item was NOT broken or damaged, but it appears that it had been polished just before shipping or at some point in its creation, and the polishing process removed 85% of the antiquing (black outlining) on the piece, so it did not appear like the pictured item, not at all, the antiquing had gaps all over the wings and almost none everywhere else, and where it did, it was like small dots, the item was fairly inexpensive and I am fortunate enough to have friends who work in Jewlery who will repair the item for me at the cost of 1 rack of smoked BBQ ribs, lol, but in fairness, I did not contact Ross-Simons, but I did expect better from a place who has been in business since 1952.

The necklace is beautiful and I'm very pleased by the product and the experience.
