My dresses were not bad, although the quality was slightly below average. However, their policy states that items can be returned within a window of time. My items arrived a month after that window had closed. They contained no contact information or directions regarding returns. I was, therefore, stuck with two dresses I did not want.
I was very unsure about ordering because I was skeptical about the sizes and quality of the clothes. I was PLEASANTLY surprised when my purchased items arrived. The items where made well with quality materials and looked exactly like the pictures I ordered using.
I ordered from Rosewe.com during the pandemic and I still haven't received my item and my PayPal account was charged I tr u to dispute it but Rosewe. Said they mailed it never got it to this day

I have bought couple of items from them, they made a mistake in size, I returned them, then again they were sending me teh wrong size, when I asked for refund they did not, I am in fight with them for a refund. These are terrible people and the customer service is so rude and unwilling to help.
