OK, i'm so mad about this company. Bought 2 iitems, and got them. BUT WOW, GARBAGE!
Then, i emailed 3 times to get a return address, no reply, still waiting today feb 4th, i have a feeling i wont be refunded.
They sent me ugly, old, poor quality clothes that i would never wear.
YES, THE SITE IS VERY DECEIVING AND MANY WOMEN MUST BE TEMPTED.
Whoever write good reviews about them must be from the company themselves

This place is a scam. They tell you they will give you a refund and have you go through sending the clothes back (which costs at least $30 since you are shipping to China). Then they say they never got your package and keep your money and now have the clothes that you returned. After this happened, I looked online and saw that they did it to other customers. I was returning clothes that weren't true to measurements and that were so cheaply made, the buttons were falling off as I opened the package. You think you are saving money by shopping with Rosewe, but if you keep buying from them, you will eventually start losing money because you will get cheap and damaged clothes that you will want to return.

I have never been disappointed with Rosewe. The dresses are unique, the shirts look dainty but aren't fragile and there are different designs to suit different occasions. The prices are good and the quality is good too.

Back from the post office with their signature.The parcel was sent on the 31st of December 2014. And was delivered to China on the 10th of January 2015. I was in contact with customer service, asking them to give my money back. But they told me they can only return 60% of what I paid, those liars and cheaters. I've been already waiting more then a month for them to return my money. But they kept on repeating to be paitent. I never had a with any other company's for example ROMWE or dress. Link. I am very disappointed to pay full price for items but you can't get full price refund even if you pay for packaging. NEVER AGAIN. ROSEWE is the WORST company ever!

Cheaters! They shipped me a WRONG size coat, put there a RIGHT label. The description stated 100cm in bust for XL size, but what I got had 92cm, so according to M size! I asked them for money return, and they told me they can only return 60% of what I paid! They cheated me on a website first, they don't want to acknowledge their mistake and they want to rip me off! Stay away! I even proved them wrong by measuring a coat and sending them photos, they still want me to pay a return shipping costs and refund 60% of what I paid! And it even wasn't my mistake with the order!

Rosewe is the worst company ever. They say they answer e-mails but they don't. I sent an e-mail 2 months ago and have not had a reply back. I strongly advice to not order from this company. The worst product and the worst service.
