I thought I was purchasing this really cute dress. When it got to me, it didn't fit... it was awkward. Are holes were too small, too much fabric in weird places. I'm a small without questions... this dress wouldn't have fit anyone. I want to return it but I feel like the hassle is more than I want to deal with... I would never shop there again. I couldn't believe how poorly made it was and how horribly it fit.
UPDATE: - THIS COMPANY TRIED TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND OFFER 40% OF MY MONEY BACK. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! THEY GET TO KEEP MY MONEY ON $#*!TY CLOTHES? YEAH, THEY CAN KEEP THE MONEY. I WILL KEEP MY REVIEW AND POST ANOTHER ON YOUTUBE. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE.

THE worst online experience I have EVER had! The delivery came 2 days later than expected and the fabric smelled like petroleum or tar. The clothing was not the correct size based upon their charts; the size of the arms are meant for a very petite person or a child not an adult. One of the items (a dress) came without half of the fabric. I mean the back and sides of the skirt were simply missing and it actually looked like the fabric was ripped. I reached out to the customer service RIGHT away. It took them a long time to reply and when they did they told me "we are sorry for that and you can return it back. But it is not worthwhile for you to return according our return policy, you should bear the shipping fee back, it is so expensive and you should wait a long time. As for the one you received, if you really cannot wear them, I suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. You will sell them at good price. How about we send you some compensation in your user center, you can use it next time. Pls advise." Turns out they deduct 40% for shipping to you and 40% back from you so you would only get a 20% refund if needed, and can only be done within 3 business days from receipt.

I offered these clothes (non ripped ones) to several friends none of them could fit nor wanted these clothes. Not only will I not sell these clothes - I will not even donate them - that is how little I think of this company. Beware cute pics great prices - bad company.

I ordered a coat from rosewe but as soon as I wanted to have a refund and take my money back they didn't get a hold of me until a couple of days later and they told me there was nothing they could do. The coat was not to my satisfaction. And I can't believe I'm stuck with this dreadful thing. Of course there's nothing you can do if you don't reply in time! Don't you think that a big time clothing company would have the decency and professional talent to respect my request and give me my money back at a convenient time. Now what am I going to do with a coat that I don't want. I don't want it. I am a VERY VERY unsatisfied customer!

Terrible customer service! The outfit I ordered is not the outfit I received! I am completely dissatisfied! I would not recommend ordering anything from this website!

Rose We has very bad customer service. I placed my order for swimsuits for a trip to PR. I placed my order for Standard Shipping under 5- 8 days. It's been 11 days and the website still says it's in China. Why did they cheat me my extra dollars for expedited shipping if I would end up getting a swimsuit super delayed and end up scouring for a swimsuit at the end of the season at Target. When I sent my inquiry- I got a message with incomplete English which made it nearly impossible to understand.

Love this website. I love some vintage dresses on this site. These are the kind of dresses that make a woman look like a woman meaning they fit in the right places and leave room if you have hips. My dress was a bit small on me but still fit very nicely. Plus the price was great. My husband loved it. It does have some stretch plus length. I am 5'4" and it came to my mid calf. I will wash it in cold water. It's a dress for all occasions.

Absolutely phrnomenal. I got the balck one with roses and just OMG! I'm 5'8" and curvy and it's so difficult to find anything that fits properly and is long, eapecially harder online. I read a few reviews and figured it was worth trying. And I do NOT regret this decision. I bought it for a wedding. I've worn it to work. Let's just say, I'll be buying probably all of them in the same style! They're absolutely beautiful, the material is fantastic, the fit is about as perfect as it cuuld be. I got the large because of my bust. And shockingly it fit! And it fit WELL! Everywhere! There's room to move without looking unkempt. The only downsode is the very teeny delicate zipper. I have to have someone get it for me but for this dress?! I'm okay with this one misstep. Absolutely glorious! I can't wait for the others!
