Can you please respond to customers appropriately and refund them for canceled orders like all legitimate companies with integrity? The customer Service is pathetic and I expect someone to contact me ASAP.

Any submission of complaints gets the
Canned repeated responses of:
"The Asian sizing chart, shipment, etc"

Or if you share your extreme dissatisfaction like this one, you will likely get a response like this:

"Thank you for your valuable feedback.

I wish to start off by telling you that we are extremely sorry about the situation.
I have followed up your case and our team will solve it for you. Can you please tell us your order number?"

Which I am sure I will receive unless they prove me wrong and actually contact me to solve my problem personally.

I am very curvy (large chest and hips, small shoulders and waist) and right in no-man's land between regular and plus size. Occasionally a brand offers XXL in regular sizes or 0X in plus sizes and those usually work best for me. SO amazingly thankful that this beautiful, stretchy, comfortable and flattering shirt is offered in XXL. It looks great on me and is so versatile. I love wearing it with maxi skirts. The stretch allows it to fit my chest and waist (and hips, since it's a little on the longer side!) well. I hope they come out with more colors for spring and summer like yellow, orange, turquoise, etc.!

This is the best tank I have tried so far. I am always searching for a good quality tank that is complimentary to my figure, but I always end up disappointed. I wear mostly small to medium tops, depending on the style and manufacturer. The medium in this tank fit me perfectly. It's stretchy and hugs your curves in the right places. I prefer the slightly longer length as well because It makes my shorter torso appear longer. It is not too thin and sheer, like most tanks are these days. This tank should be wearable year round, and would look great under a blazer. I will see how it wears during the hot days of summer. I am going to buy this in every color, and I hope they come out with more colors soon!

I ordered 5 items from Rosewe on 02/21/16. I never received all of my order and was given a very hard time about getting my money back. They took it a pone them selves to give me a credit. After asking for my money back for the non-shipped items for 3 months i finally decided to use this unwanted credit to buy something just to get what I paid for. The items were not what they looked like in the pictures. So i did not want to order anything else. You can find the same items for a lot less on amazon. Since this review, they have refunded the rest of my money.

I ordered a Romper on 5/18/16 and of course they said would ship in 24hrs. Well I went back and checked three days later and their so called tracking website said it hasn't even left china. I know things take time to ship from China but this is where it starts getting redic. I finally looked again a week later and it said it finally shipped and was on its way to my destination. I checked back the next day it said it made it to NEW York which was at a stand still for over a week... yes over a week. I contacted the this company and of course the stupid ticket you have to make which doesn't give you any customer service support what so ever tells me to be patient its on its way. I finally contacted their tracking website and even they said that's its still in New York it was sitting there for 5 days with no movement so to be fair I asked the tracking website was their tracking live or what? They said yes its based off the information they get from the vendor so I was told to contact the vendor" Rosewe.com" which I did and of course I had to make another ticket and they kept saying be patient its on its way so of course I told them I reached out to the tracking website and they told me its not on its way its still in New York and could they give me the date its suppose to be leaving there because I was worried I wasn't going to receive it in time, this order was for a wedding this Saturday which is on 6/4/2016 so here it is 6/2/15 still nothing. I checked back this morning and it still says its in New York and on its way to destination. I sent them out another ticket asking for their physical address to ask the post office for some help and so far nothing in regards of a physical address of even a live phone number. I will never use this company again, bad customer service, bad communication, false advertisements and their refund is a scam basically you will be better off selling your item in a garage sale in order to get some of your money back!
