1. The items are very poorly made
2. Sizes are NOT U.S.A. sizes, Asian sizes at best
3. Customer service is very poor, they respond in broken english via email only
4. Returns are non-existent, I have asked 7 times for a refund - I will gladly send the merchandise back. Their EXACT response:

"Have you review our return policy? But it is not worthwhile for you to return according our return policy, you should bear the shipping fee back, it is so expensive and you should wait a long time and we just refund you not include the shipping fee when we send the order for u. As for the one you received, if you really cannot wear them, I suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. You will sell them at good price."

I ordered from them previously for a dress so I was happy about that purchase even though the dress didn't look exactly as pictured so I decided to place an order again. Boy, what a mistake I made. All of the outfits were two sizes to big and when I e-mailed them about the defective items asking to return them, I had to file a complaint wit Paypal in order to get the return address to send it(which pissed me off because I had to pay for the return for the defective items). I have been waiting on my refund for over a month. I will never shop with Rosewe again. BUYERS BEWARE! I will NEVER ORDER from here AGAIN!

I ordered a swimming costume from here & it arrived within a week but the sizing is way too small. I contacted several times to return but no reply. Eventually got a reply from the FB page in which they wanted a photo? Confused I Sent one anyway & they said it looked fine. I told them it wasn't damaged & that I just wanted to return but I couldn't find an address! They avoided the question by saying I had to pay for returns which I knew. Still no address, still no reply & guess what it's nearly past the 30 day return policy. The site should get shut down!

Had a review done in my name. Nope didn't write it. Also says I ordered a size 2. Nope again. Ordered an xlrg. Couldn't even get it over my knees. Says it was used for a pin up shoot. Again nope. Not worth the hassle of a return. Other bathing suit. Junk. Came with a g string bottom. Never would I wear it. Also no cup holder for boobs. I'm a d. Not letting these puppies just hang. Waste of money also review was done 5/2016. I ordered in 2014

I don't even think the entire shirt is included in the package. I ordered the Coffee Round Neck Lace Stitching Blouse (google it, it looks cute) I received a rectangular piece of fabric wit holes for arms and lace at the top and a cord like piece of material. I ordered a large. I put my arms in the wholes and the fabric didn't come close to meeting in the front. I promptly tossed it in the garbage. I will not do business again.

For the record, I also ordered Feather Print Grey Cold Shoulder T Shirt, its cute and seems solidly crafted, its a little small, but I may be able to wear it a few times and then pass it on to my daughter. I wish I ordered it in XL.

UPDATE 6/23: They kindly offered me a refund for half of my purchase without me sending it back. If they could just have better quality, this wouldn't happen.

I recently purchased two swimdresses from Rosewe and I absolutely love them. They are very comfortable and the fit was a perfect fit. I am thinking about buying more swimsuits for my mother and sister. I had a very nice experience in the ordering process and my product arrived in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the ordering online process and I loved their pictured detail of their products. The Rosewe.com site was easy to use and a very fun experience.

I have ordered from Rosewe many times now and I am nothing but satisfied. The quality for the price is pretty amazing and customer service always helped me whenever i had any problems! They have answered within 24 hours and done their best to make sure I was pleased with my order. For most of their items they have sizing charts in different measurements so you can be sure that what you order fits. I am definitely ordering from them again. Lol

Listen, we all need to agree that shopping at these Chinese online shops is risky business and buy American instead. I have stayed away, but saw a couple of good reviews so decided to give them a chance with a bathing suit. It took a couple of weeks to get here, I got good notifications through email of order and shipping confirmation. However, I opened my package today and... I just had to laugh and shake my head. It's a flimsy piece of fabric claiming to be a bathing suit. It was torn on the hem right out of the package, no padding, no shape, no WAY! We all just need to stop buying their junk and then getting mad about what we get. Myself included.
