Dear Customers, if you find positive reviews of this company, you should know that they are fake reviews. Just search for "roselinlin scam" and you'll find hundreds of people who've had the same experience. The company sends substandard goods. When you ask to return these, it offers you 15% of the purchase price. If you ask for the full cost of the goods, you are then sent through an elaborate procedure. You've got to pay for tracked shipping back to china within 14 days, sending tracking number and receipts back to the company. Then they claim that they never received the goods. Don't be fooled. The images of the their products are not what turn up in the mail. What you get is a cheap knock off.
Every order has arrived on time. What is delivered is exactly the same as you had ordered. Prices, with the exception of one time, always lower than on any other website.

I previously wrote a bad review about the submission process with SheIn. However, things have changed and your customer service department has been very kind to my concerns. They gave me my money back and they wanted to make sure I was happy. Approved by customer service.
I previously wrote a review because I was disappointed that my order did not arrive. They arrived today and I am very happy, the quality is great and they fit very well. The online customer service was also very helpful. A recommendation would be to make sure that the clothes are delivered on time, since this generates dissatisfied customers, but I understand that due to the pandemic it may take much longer than expected!
In addition to getting inferior knockoff clothing ordered from their online catalogue with pictures, order was sent in 3 shipments, one item was never sent yet the company continues to claim they have no recourse to refund my money. After months of being told to be patient, they have stopped communicating. This is theft. They had both my credit card and Paypal information to make the refund and stalled.
