Firstly the clothes are very cheap, should've seen this as a warning. Things are always too good to be true. They did arrive in good time however. The main issue was the quality of the fabric. Really cheap and nasty plastic-y feeling, like some kind of packaging material. Secondly the sizes were tiny. Much smaller than UK sizes. I have put a ticket in for a return, i'm also expecting the same 'copy and paste' response to this review.
I love this site because it is so affordable, but what I have learned from ordering from it is that you need to be smart. My first order was horrific - EVERYTHING was too small and shrunk with one wash. Despite my bad experience, I ordered again - this time paying attention to the material and size descriptions. If I'm unsure about the measurements of something, I will often go to more popular sites like Forever 21 to check the size description of a similar item. Many of my items I only hand wash to prevent shrinkage, and the buyer should be aware that this is a store based in China so shipping is not speedy. For example, my most recent order was ordered/purchased May 17 and I received it June 5 (torture!), but I do order from this site often and will continue to.
Got my product a week later, not bad because they said 6-8 business days anyways, but it wasn't even the same color. I ordered the RSWE******* which as you will see says Burgundy and gives the size, etc. The thing is BRIGHT RED, a different material, and smaller than the size lists on the site. This was a gamble, so I'm gonna just keep the product because I knew it would prob be messed up, but stay away.

So my sister ordered some clothing here. Went fine, she was asked if she wanted to order an extra clothing item so she could get ''free express shipping'' which would be 5 to 8 days. She did, now its been 10 days and nothing. We contacted their customer service and they answered with 'delivery time = process + shipping time'. But they never mentioned that it had another 6 days of process time. So here was my sister, all excited she could get her package before her big holiday and she had to leave without her clothes.
The customer service was rude, kept repeating themselves and wasn't helpful at all. Do NOT order here, it will only bring issues and the customer service won't help you.

I was hesitant about my purchase because I read that it could take two months to receive your clothes from other reviews and that at times the order came in wrong. But my clothes arrived in less than two weeks. The order was correct, the clothes all fit and were cute. The material is cheapish but you get what you pay for. I did contact customer service during the shipment because my tracking number said invalid when plugged into the in link they gave. They responded in less than 24 hours and were helpful. Turns out the tracking number needed to be tracked through FedEx rather than the link given on their site. I will order through them again. Their sizing chart was accurate on their site. To be safe I ordered mediums when I usually can run small because of the sizing chart and everything fits great.
I did one bad review on here and the email they left me for contact information doesn't actually work. I've been charged a ton of extra money for express shipping. The express shipping has taken longer than their website has said it would (including processing time at the Romwe factory) The whole reason I paid express shipping was to have my items before my trip and now I've paid $60 for nothing. My frost review I expressed this the romwe provided an email that doesn't work.

Honestly, everything came in exactly when they promised. This website kept me updated, and did not spam me. I ordered 12 necklaces, 3 shirts, 1 hat, and 1 bracelet. Everything is high quality and very comfortable. The shirt did take longer to come in, but I notified the website, and they quickly responded, clearing up the fact that I can get a refund for the shirt or wait a little longer for it to be made. I got the shirt exactly when promised, and I can honestly say I'll be shopping their for things a lot more often since the prices are so low.
I have been waiting for my order from ROMWE almost a month. The courier service they use is shocking, with my parcel being 'In Transit To Destination' from Brisbane Airport for two weeks when I live only 20 minutes away. Customer Service have been largely unhelpful.
I have spent $80 on this website and I would like a refund if this is not resolved soon as I believe my parcel has been lost.
I will certainly be telling my family and friends to stay away from this site.

I was waiting for the clothes for the exact month. So during that time i read many reviews and i was afraid of what i am gonna get. But when i received the clothes, every one of them (i ordered 9 items) fit perfectly. But to be honest, i dont know if i ever order from here again because it is such a risk, and i was so lucky that one time.
Still waiting for my order that I placed April 4th and that shipped April 12th. I've ordered from China before and never waited this long. Tracking info hasn't been updated since april 14. Customer service claimed it takes a while to get through customs because the regular shipping method ships a bunch of orders together? Idk...
Unless they smuggled some illegal $#*! in with the orders, I don't know why it's taking this long.

I ordered on 5/12/17 and received it today, 5/26/17 so shipping wasn't terrible. I ordered two swim suits, both size large, a pair of shorts also in a size large and a pair of shoes. The bathing suits are super cute, however the sizing is so small which I expected from Asian sizing which is why I bought a large. For reference, my measurements are 35-31-43,5'5 and 143 lbs. The top of the bikinis fit fine since I'm small up top but the bottoms are very small and squeeze my hips. One of the suits I am able to adjust the side tie so that isn't so bad but the other is no adjustable and I have to pull the sides up to my waist in order for me to not have a huge muffin top (I also have a flat stomach and little side fat so the bikinis really DO squeeze a lot). My butt also completely shows. I was expecting that a bit but since they're so small they don't cover anything at all. I would say a large in the bottoms fits like a small. Also, the shorts are supposed to be pretty airy and come up to the waist, however they completely hug my waist and my thighs. I feel as if they'll rip when I sit down, they're a size large as well. Finally, I do love the espadrilles shoes. They are adorable and fit so well! I'm hoping romwe will add an x-large size or add American sizes seeing as Asian sizing is so much smaller. Please be aware that swim suits are final sale too, I would recommend the largest size to someone smaller than my measurements.

I ordered clothes from Romwe and then worried that they would be too small after reading reviews so I canceled my order. I received a response in less than 24 hours and I received a refund two days later. The customer service was very polite and cancelled my order without any further questions. I really like the way they make runway clothes affordable. This is a good idea. The shipping can be slow sometimes. Anyhow, it's good.
I complained once to the customer service about not getting information and they answered me a few hours later and they were helpful and kind, so I was absolutely happy with it. I got the package on that day, so they even kept the promised 10 days. (I oredered to Germany) I was also totally happy with the product what I got, but I wouldn't judge them even if I weren't.
DO NOT ORDER. I recieved a pair of shorts, they were horrible quality, very cheaply made, and had a HOLE in it. I sent customer service (not good) a picture of the shorts where it was obvious there was a hole. They refused to give me a refund unless I went out of my way to return them. The products are not good, they do not look anything like the pictures. You will not be happy with your purchase. I'm warning you, don't do it!
