I loved my experience with this site. I got a cute little black dress and a classy white one. The white dress came first, and I was worried- I thought they didn’t ship the black one. I called, and talked to a very helpful lady who, within minutes, told me that they shipped the black dress separately. My experience with this brand has been great. They were professional, fast, and helpful when I had a problem. I am so excited to shop there again.
Wow ROMWE is very nice and trustworthy site. I purchased "Off-shoulder Midriff Jumpsuit" and it's having very good quality.
I was in dilemma because they are having very nice collection of cloths but with help of my friends I was selected and purchased that sweatshirt and they gave me very fast delivery.

After reading several reviews i decided to take the risk as i ordered Bow Collar Flouncing Black Dress.To my surprise i got the dress the next day at my door step with absolutely zero shipping cost. I have been buying clothes online but non have shipped free to my door step. ROMWE is a reliable online fashion store.
I got cheapest deal on this particular dress, they offer discounted price on all their stock.
I called their customer support twice before placing my order and the response i got was superb. I must confess one of the best customer support i have experience ever since i started buying stuffs online.
If you ask me if i will order from them again? My answer is YES.

I ordered from here twice within a day a part. I first ordered a black fringe purse. It came very timely and I really liked it. The day after I ordered that I placed another order for a black lace dress and brown bag. The dress was super small and the bag had a strap that was too short to fit crossbody and I just don't like how it fits. I've been trying to return it for 3 days and haven't received a response. The form is not submitting online and it's difficult to get in touch with customer service.
Amazing. I have bought Christmas dress for my family from here. Every dress were cool and impressive. Reasonable price with high quality. Service is absolutely fine. Really awesome.

Amazing! I have twice experience with them. First I bought some occasional dress and afterwards i bought my wedding dress from here. That experience was absolutely cool. And most of that their service is fine. Cheap price and quality is high.

I placed my order two weeks ago and after emailing the company twice, still do not have an order status. On the website it says urging shipment? I really want these items that I ordered in time for a vacation on February 8th. I spent over $200 and to not receive updates on where my order is is quite troubling. If they cannot provide the items in a timely fashion then I need to know so I can purchase something from a store that can deliver their products. I don't normally write negative reviews but maybe this is the only way to get a response on my order status.

Completely disappointed. I ordered since December 9th and the order still hasn't shipped, I've sent several emails but I don't get any response, there is no number to call on the website, you cannot leave any post thru their facebook page. It's just my worst experience ever. The payment was already deducted from my account and the order still hasn't shipped.

Never ever ever order from this site. I have been trying to contact them about a new return form (they claim that they have them on their site somewhere but they are nowhere to be found--my mom isn't even sure that it came with one in the package in the first place) and for an RMA number for a week now and they will not respond. I sent them an email and tried the "live" chat (which has been offline every time I checked) twice and so far, nothing. I was going to send back my sweater and order something else but at this point, I just want my money back and nothing else from them. They don't even have a phone number to call so I am stuck waiting for them to decide to answer me. Awful customer service. JUST ANSWER MY EMAILS.

I am giving this company 1 star because I can't give a zero! I placed an order 2 weeks ago (past the guaranteed ship date) and it is still processing according to their site. Their customer service is horrible as no one has responded to my emails! I am extremely frustrated with them and will never use them again. I loved buying from Romwe, they have great clothing, good diversity, and they are super affordable. I ordered a sweatshirt in november to wear in winter and yet it took about a 6-7 weeks to finally receive it. On the website it said that the jumper was one size (and I'm not big, I'm 5''2 and only an 8-10 in UK) but the jumper was tiny. All this was ok i guess, I could always return it. I looked on their website for the return policy and it gave me a list of instructions. It was only then that i realised i hadn't been given a return form in with package. I'm 15 and the jumper was around £20 of my own money and i can't even return it? What.
