Have shopped with romans for years but I will not shop with them any more their customer service and timescales are unacceptable

I have been shopping at this online ladies clothes shop for some time now. Apart from sizes varying with different garments it's a great place to find what you want. Generally nice quality, good selections, great offers, speedy delivery and returns easy by post at a cost of just £3.
As high street retailers are disappearing by the week, Roman offers a reliable alternative source of attractive dressy or casual outfits.
