Quick and uncomplicated process. Support is always in time, friendly and competent.

I sent them an email yesterday that they have not yet responded to. However, it was not an important issue and I could have called. I was simply disappointed that they have not yet replied. Overall, I think they have an excellent program I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Seems a bit premature to ask for this kind of survey. I ordered yesterday and I am expecting some DVD's in the mail. Clearly this kind of transaction for a physical product can't occur instanteously.Like their education and support so I have high hopes and expectations.

Hard to find the "deal" but very good experience after that.

It is too early to give a qualified feedback about the quality of this purchase. I bought a few hours ago, but the quality will reveal in the next weeks.

Very easy to navigate & submit order. The form is nicely laid out and eliminates questions.

The website jammed several times telling me my shopping cart was empty. I kept trying and eventually it worked.

Customer service was quick to help me with my order and make sure all the permissions I needed were cleared on their website. Am looking forward to working with Rockwell Trading.
