Spent $320.21 for a stereo tuner/receiver... they took my money but did not deliver a product. Now they will not respond. I think I will call the Az Atty Gen and the bbb. I have sent several emails and no reply. They still have my money... stay away from these clowns.

Rockville sent a isolation shield without hardware to set it up. I called and talked to LuLu and told her the parts were Missing. She sent me a return mailing via email. She told me that they would make sure all the parts would be sent after they received the isolation shield back. After waiting over a week I received the new one. Low and behold more parts were missing. I emailed them again and they had the nerve to tell me to take photos of the missing parts that they didn't send me. Someone in shipping should be fired.
