I signed up for the Rocket Lawyer package but after receiving the Declared Power of Attorney form decided it was not what I needed and decided to cancel within stated 7 day period allowed to do so, and the representative I talked with was very courteous in honoring my request.

From time to time people require some advisory from legal services and lawyers, because the vast majority of people aren't fond of legal things. So, I also had a need to use services from professional lawyers, because I had some issues with the court, which rejected to approve my appliance. I applied to this company in order to use services from professional lawyers and they seemed to me very polite and responsive. They provided me with a lawyer and we won the trial on my business. I wish I would applied here earlier, because there wer some situations when I also required a lawyer.

This seems to be a very nice program. I like it, but it's just too expensive at over $30 per month for a membership. However, I do like that they offer an inexpensive trial period, and that they still have a free program that you can access, and still have your previous information available to you. That is a very nice touch, and shows that they are a Class Act!

Let's just say I finally found what I was looking for, got my answer, life goes on. Old guys with bad eyesight do NOT do well with computers and can't remember what the right questions are when trying to find the answer to an issue. I found and used your website to make a bill of sale and print it out. Then I realized you will cost me $39.00 a month for that simple document. So I cancelled my contract with you. I just checked and so far it is active. :(

I used Rocket Lawyer to get a Transfer on Death deed document. When I was ready to cancel my trial subscription they did so with no questions. The document was still accessible to me. I would not hesitate to use their advanced services if in need of assistance!

$4.95 trial was great for my purposes of getting a sublease created, shared and signed electronically. What's not transparent right up front is the plan automatically continues at $40 a month unless cancelled in time. I don't need this enough to pay over $400 a year. Experience otherwise was great.
