The process and resulting quitclaim deed worked very well. Only one minor issue, the grantee was married but his wife was not part of the beneficiary Deed I was quitclaiming. I had to default to the grantee being a single person to make it work. An option should be provided to have an individual grantee who is married and the spouse not included as a beneficiary on the deed.

Was able to download and have a document. There ended up being two witnesses with the same name just had the person sign twice. I needed the document right away
