I recently purchased two bathing suits and am quite unhappy with my purchase. The items received had holes and the quality was poor with a number of loose threading found everywhere on the garment pieces. After contacting *******@roaso I was offered a 15% off coupon and was offered $5 to bring it to a local tailor to fix the items. After such a horrible experience, I am certain I will not be making future purchases with Roaso. I emailed to request for my money back, but of course they refused to pay for shipping cost (which would cost be $60 to ship to China, more that what my items cost me to buy) and told me that it was my reaponaibility since they paid for the shipping cost when I placed the order. Its unfortunate that I received defective items, but I can't get my money back unless I ship the items back to China out of my own pocket. It's been such a horrible experience with them that I decided to seek help from the Better Business Bureau regarding Roaso's business conduct. This was my first AND LAST purchase with this company.

Wow, this was my first experience of online shopping after my friend recommendation. After it I love the place Roasa there were many variety of good quality clothes. Roaso services are really logistics and fast the quick and fast shipment I have ever experience just in a week I got my both dresses which I ordered for my friends wedding mostly she did shopping her wedding shopping by Roaso. Placed my first order with Roaso last week, I was waiting for my outfit to arrive before I went ahead and left a review. I had a few questions about my order after placing it, and their staff was super quick in providing a response. I was a bit curious as to how the colors looked in real life vs the pictures. The staff took the time to send me multiple images of my product and even further references to help re-assure me that the colors I saw were the ones I'm getting.

Seriously love the outfit I ordered too! For the price I paid for it, I can't believe how it looks as feels! Definitely going to do some more browsing on Roaso. My order came quickly and packed in professional and elegant packaging. I've had bad experiences previously where dresses I order come in flimsy packaging that eventually ends up ripping or tearing in really odd places. I'm glad Roaso actually has quality packaging standards.

The descriptions for the products was complete and informational, also the pictures was looking nice and very impressive. So I really ordered in high expectations and choose a dress and a swimming suit.
The ordering procedure was very easy. I just had to chose and then put the clothes in the shopping cart, chose a payment method and that's it. The prices they offer are low for that what they offer. That is a really good service, especially for the new costumers that decide to give it a try. Logistics is fast and I've got my order to Germany in a very short time period and I could track it on the way to me. All the packages of the products was good and nothing had any kind of damage. After I opened the package I was very happy with my first look on it. The clothes are as beautiful as the picture, and it didn't smell like bad. All colors of the clothes was great and the material very high quality. The processing of the products was great made too. No loose threads or material defects. Then I tried on my new clothes. The swimming suit was very good-looking and the size matched perfectly in S with me. The bikini bottom and top did not slip off or constricted me Also the tested dress was without any question awesome. It looked elegant and was absolute comfortable while wearing it. Then I tried washing them, to see if the colors and didn't bleed out. The material and colors stayed beautiful like before and that's perfect

Roaso's logistics is quite a fast one, it is quite above the industry's average.it took two weeks and some days before I received my clothes. A three-day processing window and twelve days shipping window. Roaso's shipment is also fast as I went for the standard shipping which took twelve days before it got to my country. When I received the cloth on the fifteenth day I hesitated to open it because of my past experience with other online fashion retailers. I gave it to my grand daughter to open the package. When she opened the package to our greatest surprise the quality of the swimwear is way better than what we saw on screen. As am writing this my grand daughter already wore the swimwear to swimming with her friends last week and her friends loved it. My experience with Roaso changed my perspective about buying clothes online. I and my family have agreed to buy from Roaso when next we need a female swimwear. I ordered for a party dress and it was delivered on time. Service is fast and efficient. The process of order is very simple and i am also satisfy with the quality of my dress. There are lot of spam companies. They deceive the customer by showing something else and by giving something else. But employees of Roaso are very honest. I got what i ordered. The packaging is also very attractive. Dress was nicely packed under two layers. The clothes are as beautiful as in the picture.My wife is very happy now.
